Is a great product to stop leaks on metal roofs

We got this to patch the seams of our metal roof and boy did it do the trick. It goes on easy (though does require vigorous stirring before use). It dried quite fast on a warm day and by the next day it was totally sealed. Saved us a lot of money! A roofing company quoted us $2000 to do what we did with one bucket of this for $150. Will use again in the future.

Used to patch holes in the roof of a tent trailer before coating with Gaco Roof.

I have used this product hundreds of times, and it's never let me down. Like any caulk or coating type product, read the instructions.... Prep the surfaces as directed.... And this stuff will not let you down. It's become harder to source locally since vidco, so thank God for Amazon.Pro tip: If heavy thermal movement is anticipated, embed some Gaco fabric in between two layers of the Gaco Patch. If you were making a hammy sammich, the Gaco Patch is the bread and the fabric is the ham.

This is the bomb, it seems strong enough not to bother with membrane or geotextile fabric tape kinds of things, it even sticks to silicone coating, it has some "roughness" which is better than "shininess" for patching, basically the best I've found for patching and sealing, and I think it will last forever.

I have used this product before. Works great at patching leaks on flat roofs that pond water. I have used it on TPO and modified bitumen flat roofs with great success.

The product works well. It should for the price. Somewhat difficult to get the last drop out of the can. I recommend wearing very long glove so when you reach in bucket to get the dregs, you don't get the goo all over your hand and arms. Very hard to get off skin. If it sticks as well to the roof, it will be marvelous.
