This is my first smartwatch and so far I've been very impressed with it. I found it easy to use and very insightful. I have a smaller wrist and so the 255S fits great.The customer service has been very helpful as well

I thought I was buying the 255 not the 255s, it looks so small on my wrist and the band is very small but probably ok for someone who isn’t 6’ 2” 260 lbs

Watch was too complicated ... I bought it as a gift for a non-tech savy person. Seller understood and let me return.
