How to storage during winter?
Always store your pressure washer in a location where the temperature will not fall below 32°F (0°C). The pump is susceptible to permanent damage if it freezes. When you use it again, make sure to check whether there is icing, please wait for it to melt before using it.

First one washed three cars before the pump quit working. Second one does not recoil on its own. Purchased this unit because of its all inclusive features. You’ll be better off to put together a reel and pressure washer of better quality.

Great product and powerful. Still cant tell how long it will last but with giraffe 2 year warranty i can rest assured it will pay off itself in that time while i auto detail my cars. With the pressure it is providing i can wash my cars with ease. I own also the retractable vacuum and so far so good. My garage looks organized.

this is a easy product to mount and use. great for washing cars or garage floor. if your looking to do heavy duty pressure washing this is not the product, use a gas powered washer. perfect for quick and easy wash downs. I couldnt be happier!

I like the Giraffe products - the reels work well and the units perform well for their price range but are EXTREMELY convenient to use - I have a bigger and more capable pressure washer, but these are the ones that get used frequently because they are so convenient to use. We now have four mounted around the property.A pressure washer this easy to use and this convenient gets used - its just a matter of turning it on and pulling out the hose - and the hose retract means that putting it away is almost as simple -This is the highest power of the Giraffe pressure washers - and the quietest - but it also uses the least water per minute -There are issues - first, this uses a lot of pressure to remove things from a surface - but the amount of water used is almost too little to rinse away the dirt you removed - so its a challenging balance. I would prefer a little more flow but the pressure will remove things that a less powerful stream will not lift off the surface.The low water use is a huge advantage for big projects - you use as little as a tenth of the water of a full flow hose nozzle - and remove things a hose would never get off the surfaceThe nozzles for this are a 014 size - substituting a generic nozzle will result in a huge loss of pressure - so the nozzle opening size is critical to the performance - and most orbiting "Zero Degree" nozzles will struggle to work with this little flow. With the provided nozzles it works great but you will need to get replacements from Giraffe -Overall, this is a little lower water flow rate than I would like, but the pressure is great for general cleaning and the hose length and retracting reel is a huge convenience. Its a very nice pressure washer for a lot of general cleaning needs and potentially a great tool for where water use is restricted or water is very expensive. Its a good tool at a reasonable price.

Got this unit to replace one bought 2 years ago. Much more pressure and it is a little bit quieter. The folks at Giraffe Customer Service are the best. They are very quick to answer questions and resolve things - couldn't be happier with the way they helped out. This is the 4th "toy" I have bought from them - Vacuum, 2 hose reels and this Power Washer. Good quality stuff that I use a lot.
