Purchased as a Linux media PC and NAS.Running Debian. I have not been able to get WiFi 6E to work with 6ghz signal. On 5ghz, wifi works pretty well with good speed. However the WiFi card's temperature can quickly skyrocket to absurdly high destructive temperatures. If you max out the WiFi link such as during a local speed test, I've seen the temperature quickly climb above 105 C before I chickened out and stopped the speed test.Otherwise the system is most impressive in that it can run cool especially in its low power mode set via EUFI.There's a secondary fan on top. It's quite noisy. Runs all the time and does very little to cool the device. Monitoring temperatures, the fan does not significantly help cool the WiFi adapter. SSD doesn't seem to heat up much even without the fan. This MiniPC had been sold earlier without the top fan. Not sure why they felt the need to add one. I had earlier tried the GMKTec G3 minipc. Its SSD did get extremely hot and it doesn't have a fan, no heatsink, and the SSD is in a sealed top area without ventilation. Maybe they're overcompensating in this minipc or maybe it depends on the specific brand SSD included. As a media PC, the GPU is plenty fast to play 4k60 video stream even on low power mode. Meets my use case. It's also ideal for my use case as a NAS to have the two 2.5gbs ethernet ports. Pretty easy to set up bridging in Debian between the two ports. Can get amazing speeds to/from the NAS over 2.5gb ethernet.Overall, good system, good value when promotion or coupon is in place.

I like the design and form factor.Worth the price at discount.Very good for light gaming such as emulators and E-Sport titles (League of Legends, CS 2, to name a few).Adjust your expectation if you're planning to play anything more demanding. It will be playable, but not smooth 60 FPS without much of the graphic settings set to low or medium. One small thing I didn't like is the fact that I have to remove the rubber feet in order to install the included mounting kit.The mounting kit should be designed in such a way that it accounted for the rubber feet, or the other way around.

I can't believe I can play AAA titles on this thing!Things I love:Windows 11 PRO!!! (Like Windows 10 better but that's how it is lol)USB 4 blazing speeds2.5GB NIC (although I don't need 2 of them it's still really nice!)CPU/GPU performance is stellar! Can literally play any game that I play on it! (quality settings are lowered and using a 1080p monitor)Love the design and build quality. Easy to take top off to add/swap out NVME/RAM.WiFi 6E works very well and I only have WiFi 6 (I don't have WiFi 6E)Lots of USB ports and video ports!NVME PCIe Slots are 4.0 WOOOT! I added a 2nd Samsung 990 drive and it's Read/Writes are at 5,000MB/s / 3,600MB/s! INSANE!!! The provided 2TB drive was also amazing and it's Read/Writes were 3,500MB/s and 3,100MB/s!Things I don't love:Fans get loud during gaming but so does my big gaming rig.Power brick is big but this is also a good thing b/c it seems high quality.I haven't really tested the bluetooth performance. Overall I love this machine. There are so many different things I could use this for! HTPC for gaming in living room? Server? (8 cores and 16 threads and a capable GPU for transcoding?) Low power rig for everyday use?Great budget gaming PC and a CPU powerhouse on a wattage budget. Highly recommended.

I bought this mini unit without almost any prior knowledge of PC hardware or specs. I had someone much more knowledgable than I review the specs and give me an informed decision for what I'd like to do with it which was play modded Skyrim and Fallout without those games looking hideous. I also purchased this with a $200 coupon so I paid around $650 for it. I will also be comparing it to my Series X in terms of performance.I can say after setting it up (which was very easy), installing Fallout 4 and modding it heavily, I am very pleased. With customized settings with a slightly lower draw distance (still further than my Series X draw distance), and view distance textures set to medium (series X comparable) and all other textures set to Ultra, and everything else set to high or ultra, I get consistent 60fps (self imposed hard cap) with dips down to 45-50 occasionally in the over world (Series X caps out around 40fps). Keep in mind, the game received a high resolution next gen texture update about a week ago so I am very impressed. The fact I now have access to Nexus mods with better performance is amazing.I also tried heavy processor games like oxygen not included and rimworld and stellaris and it runs amazingly with no slow downs or stuttering as of yet (I am aware these issues may come up many many hours later) which my 10 year old MSI laptop had real troubles running after a couple of hours and my Series X will experience slow downs with Stellaris deep into a campaign. The fan does kick up and it is not terribly loud but noticable compared to my console which is near silent even after 2 years. Thatbbeing said, it doesn't sound like a jet engine either, it's rather quiet all things cinsidered. However, I ran Fallout 4 for 6 hours straight on Ultra and the PC was only slightly warm to the touch on top, with the air feeling lukewarm that was venting out so no overheating concerns as of yet (my Series X has overheated three times in 2 years all attributed to Skyrim).Without an prior knowledge or know how, I'd say this was well worth the price for what I am looking to do with it which was to play modded slightly older games, and processor heavy indie games. I do not plan on playing newer AAA titles on this, as that what my console is for so I cannot give honest feedback on the performance there. But, I think this is a great affordable step into the PC gaming sphere. And it's compact design also allows me to take it anywhere with me on trips which was the biggest factor in this purchase.
