3 out of the 4 bags of soap are not foaming. This is dangerous as it comes out in a fast liquid that bounces off your hands and into eyes. Thanks for that. Everyone who got non-foaming soap in bags labeled Foaming should get immediate refunds.

While, as soap, it does what it is supposed to...it cleans your hands. However, I purchased it because it was advertised as 'foaming' rather than liquid. It is not foaming. In a church/school setting with many young people foaming soap is much neater with less waste. Because we purchase before we have the actual need my return window expired before I realized it is not what I wanted or ordered (although the box & bag both say 'foaming'). Very disappointed in this purchase.
