This stand does just what it is meant to do.... STAND! Other stands that i have tried have fallen over while my clarinet has been on it and this is the only one that hasn't! I love how it is small and comes with the bag this way i can easily take it with me. Definitely worth it! I'm sure this stand will last for as long as i need it.

使うまでは楽器の長さに比べてスタンドの長さが短かそうだし、広げる足も短いので安定が悪いのでは？と心配でしたが、使ってみたら全然問題ありませんでした！コンパクトに畳めるし持ち運びにも便利です。

After spending quite a bit of money on an oboe for my daughter, I wasn't about to allow her to temporarily lay the oboe on the floor (for fear of someone stepping on it). We bought her this stand and we have never regretted the purchase. The oboe fits well and the stand is very sturdy. I highly recommend this product.

This may work for clarinet, but it's no good for flute. My flute wobbles back and forth (the peg is way to thin and short for a normal C flute). I can't understand how they (Hercules) could pass this off as a flute stand.

This is a great stand for a clarinet, but if you are looking for a flute stand, get the Hercules DS640B instead. The DS640B is better for a flute than this one, because the peg is a little longer and it keeps the flute from leaning (tilting) at the foot joint, so the flute is perfectly vertically balanced on it. Both stands fit my student Buffet clarinet perfectly.

This is a great stand for a clarinet, but if you are looking for a flute stand, get the Hercules DS640B instead. So, for what it is, it works. I am a little disappointed that my flute 'wobbles' just a bit when on the stand. I still don't know that I would walk off and leave it on this stand, but it works for during a concert and you need to swap instruments.

This stand is very sturdy and is perfect for my flute. I researched several stands before purchasing this one. The main reason I bought it was that it was solid metal frame that folded for storage and carrying. It also has rubber on the feet to help prevent it from sliding. I also purchased the Saxophone stand since this was was so great! I highly recommend any of the Hercules line for music instrument stands!
