I did receive the laptop and not very happy the warranty, it is already 6 months, and there is no recovery drive and there was no WOW PC Bundle as stated there would be, other than that I like the unit i just wish there wasn't such a deception in the description.Feb 8, 2025 12:27 PMIt indeed isn't as described the warranty is an issue, it already 6 months into warranty, there is no WOWPC Bundle as promised, it isn't a HP PrestigeBook it is "HP 255 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (785Y8AV)" it is 32GB RAM and it isn't a 1.5TB hard drive it is a 1TB The battery doesn't last 9 hours as described "Long-lasting Battery: Stay productive and entertained with up to 9 hours of battery life"I was expecting it next day as stated it woluld be you did compensate $20.00 for the delay. I do like the unit but I don't like the fact of the deception.Feb 8, 2025 12:31 PMI could have went to Wal-Mart and gotten the same unit and gotten exactly the same thing without all the issues, but I didn't I was hoping that I would have gotten what was described in the description.I did get replies from the seller quickly regarding the issues and they tried their best to make things right and I did keep the unit I received only because I do like it. It just wan't what I expected at all.

I bought a laptop from this retailer months ago. Computer worked great until I ran an update about one month and a week after purchase. The computer crashed and when I called HP, they told me that it was not an “HP product” anymore because the vendor had modified the product with a larger RAM and memory. I was horrified that my expensive new laptop (about $1,400) used solely for work a few hours a day wouldn’t function.The company told me to go through Amazon for the return, but Amazon did not want to refund it because it had been just over 30 days. After I spoke with several managers, I was able to thankfully get it refunded. But, buyer beware- this is a modified product and I did not see that listed anywhere in the description.

A very good price. It was on sell for almost $300.00 off. Light weight, easy to use, beautiful to look at, sleek of design. It is wonderful. I love it!

I got the i7 64GB ram. This thing rock and rolls. I do. It use energy savings so my battery goes much quicker than advertised but that is expected. I worked at Dell for 5 years, from sales to senior management, this HP smokes any Dell that I have used. When I worked for the company so I know not to buy them. So far I am very happy with the HP. Word of advice MAX out the RAM, you will need it, if not today then next week you will regret not getting it. This thing is very fast.

El anuncio y la descripción del producto NUNCA mencionaron que es usado y reacondicionado. La computadora llegó en una caja de cartón y claramente es muy vieja. La computadora en sí tiene marcas de uso. Los números de serie y los números de producto originales están ocultos por lo que parecen ser números inventados. No coinciden con el sistema del fabricante y no aparecen en el sitio web de HP. Aprendí a no creer los anuncios de este proveedor en Amazon.Ahora que me engañaron para que pensara que estaba comprando una computadora nueva... tengo que dedicar tiempo a devolver el producto y recuperar mi dinero.

This is a perfect size for my lap; my 15" is too big. Touchscreen is very responsive. Love it!!

Ok...it showed up one day early....booted up and was able to easily convert it from Windows 10S to Windows 11. Quick boot, SSD storage and enough ram to make most apps run lighting fast.

Purchased this to surf the web and play some web games. This laptop has a 4 core, 4 thread processor, which does the job, but is slow. Touch screen works great, the touch pad in front of keys works well. Has enough ports and also blue tooth so I connect a wireless mouse. Battery only lasts around 4 to 4 1/2 hours and the unit gets very warm on the bottom, as there are no vents for cooling. Lots of bloat ware, but can be upgraded to Windows 11. The laptop is small & lightweight so it fits anywhere for traveling. Overall 4 stars.
