Product arrived quickly and undamaged. I am thrilled to be able to make nut milk. I plugged in the appliance utilizing the little measuring cup provided added almonds and preceded to add water. The water I added came out through the bottom of the appliance. Seconds later a loud pop and the unit had short circuit taking out my kitchen power source as well. I couldn't tell you if the machine blender is loud or soft never made it that far. "Disappointed" is an understatement

I use it at least twice a week I don't know which I like more the almond milk is smooth takes 8 minutes to make and the oatmilk is delicious and only takes 2 minutes to make. Absolutely worth it!!

I absolutely love that I don't have to soak my almonds overnight before making my almond milk. Love the fact that it is self-cleaning. The most I have to do is to wipe down the inside of the top and the inside rim of the carafe. I am definitely letting my friends know about this product.
