I have been doing more BBQs this summer while trying all types of foods.The mats are pretty large, to the point that I needed to cut them to use half for one side of my grill.It was very easy to cut to the size and all I needed was some household scissors.I have only used the mesh mat for my salmon and veggies but it worked great.My Salmon had a oily base so the fish did not stick to the mat. I would assume with other delicate meats, you want to be sure to spray a coat of oil to prevent sticking. I am still testing this mat out but so far it works and cleans up very well.

This grill mat is easy to use. It stays in place even in windy weather. I can cook all kinds of things on it without having food drop through the cracks. It heats up pretty good and is even easy to clean. This is also a decent price as it is just like having a flat stove top grill.

The grill mat works as designed and matches what the seller provides in description, measurements, and pictures. Using it, I find it easy to clean, allows me to grill without sticking or any issues. I'm quite shocked as I didn't think they would work this good, but glad I got them.It stays in place even against the winds I've had while forgetting to bring it in after using the grill, so I like I can keep it out there without worry for the most part and it'll stay in place. Granted, a real good gust may change things, but it's not like it wouldn't hold being on there for a night type situation from what I've experienced so far.Do think it's worth getting dependent on what you are looking for, as the material and structure of it is really good.

I use this for when I am smoking on my weber pellet grill, as it fit without trimming on the bottom grill. Now there's less tearing of the foil when I wrap the meat.

So . . . . I like these for what they are, but you might as well just cook in the oven. When grilling/smoking, you want smoke to circulate around the entirety of what you're cooking/smoking. While these have a very small bit of transparency to them, they don't really allow for smoke to come up from the bottom like other similar products that have more of an "open" grid pattern. These work great for cooking fish and veggies, but again, why not just do that in a pan if you're not going to put them in to get that "grill" flavor that comes from a kiss of smoke or flame.
