Q: What’s in the box？Why there are no drain plug and water knob on the bucket?
A: The package includes: Mop Pads x4, Mop Bucket x1, Mop Head x1, Mop Handle x1(4 parts short rod), Drain Plug x1, Water Knob x1.
The drain plug and water knob are packaged separately, not on the bucket at first. Please check the box carefully after receiving the package to find the plug and knob. The plug and knob need to be installed by the user. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Q: How to make the mop drier?
A: The more times you wring the mop, the drier it will be. When wringing the bottom of the mop, please raise the mop a little higher to avoid the mop touching the water in the groove, so that you can get a dry and clean mop.

Buena mopa, friega bien el suelo pero cuidado con passarse con el jabon que si no se ven las pasadas, lo mejor es usar una decima parte de lo usual, para vaciar es mas practico sacar la tapa que abrir el tapon de goma, el unico pero és el baston plegable, lo he sistiuido por uno de una pieza.

It is a good system except getting the fresh water into the chamber. I like it and will use it but needs to have more flow of fresh water into the clean chamber. But great product!

At first I was upset with the mop because of the mop pads were not going into the bucket. Then I realized you have two buttons on the side of the mop that you lift so you can put the mop pads in the 3 tabs. Once I did that my mop went in the bucket with ease. I love that the handle moves 360 and not just up and down. I also like that it separates the clean water from the dirty which is why I purchased it. Come with a small size bucket which makes it easy to store. I’m not sure it’s worth $45 dollars though. Does feel cheaply made that’s my reason for only 4 stars.

So I was going to return this just because the tabs are plastic no hinges. I wash my floors daily so I knew the plastic would Crack off eventually. I tried it out. Not good. It only was half of the mop head. the pad is way to soft and thick...leaves puddles on the floor. It gets stuck trying to ring it out and doesn't get all the water. It doesn't separate the dirty water from clean because the middle part is where it gets its clean water so as soon as u put it in to ring it out the dirty pad goes right into the clean water. It does not have magnets to hold it to the pole but it does click that u have to manually do/undo. Not even worth to clean my walls. I have a baby amd it couldn't even clean off the yogurt puffs of my floor. DO NOT BUY. I DONT CARE WHAT THE GOOD REVIEWS SAY!!!

Wow funciona super bien justo como dicen en las imágenes gasta muy poca agua y la separa. Es una maravilla. Además de que ahorras agua limpias el piso con agua limpia y l a calidad de todos los componentes es muy buena. El mejor. Atrapa super bien pelos y pelusa sin que tengas que tocarlas.

Ive always thought traditional mop/bucket was nasty because it seems to spread dirt around like butter on toast instead of removing it. This mop/bucket system is awesome because you rinse the mop in clean water every time. Its small, but holds plenty of water for my 900 sq. ft condo. My floors are nice and clean no more nasty old mop.

It is smaller than expected, great for cleaning small apartments and takes little room to store. I lost my window for return and still adjusting to use this system. The squeegee chamber is not as effective in removing excess water and accumulated dirt. When the mop pad is wet, it is not effective picking up dirt, it is more like pushing the dirt. You will need to switch both sides to get the whole mop wet and clean. The mop pads are not made strong. After 4 uses, the threads are already coming off, and I searched Amazon yet there are no replacement mop pads for this particular size / design. Was going to give 3 stars, since there’s are no replacement pads, I will leave as 2 stars. Another thing, if the clean water chamber is left with one quarter full, it will not refill the middle chamber. Best to keep this in mind when adding cleaning solution so it won’t be wasted.

I love how it separates the clean and dirty water. It takes a minute to figure out how it works but after that it is so easy and economical to use. No pads to buy since I got 3 or 4 with my order and they are machine washable. I also love how it is so easily maneuvered around furniture, etc an fits underneath most furniture as well.

So I went ahead and purchased 4 different self squeeze mops to pick the perfect one for me. I was really looking for one that seperated the dirty water from the clean.1. Joymoop has great ratings but does NOT have a 3rd chamber to seperate the dirty water nor a plug release on the bottom like the others. Also there is only one way the mop is able to be inserted so I can't wet both sides.2. The X3 has the 3 chamber set up, a clean water release knob for refill and dirty water release plug, however you'll be paying a bit more than the other than the Simply Natural flat mop (oval one) and this one from Jelymark (orange handle).3. These both have the 3 chamber system, dirty water release plug, and clean water release knob.Now I was very undecisive between these two because I like the tall square bucket look. It's doesn't take up too much space and is light. The Simply Natural flat mop is the only one that has an additional knob to adjust the dampness to the mop flat which I love, however my preference is still the tall square bucket look. It does feel just a bit heavier than the Jelymark and the handle could be a bit longer. The mop head is also a bit smaller than the Jelymark. I also prefer Simply Naturals mop head texture that is more like a cloth (same as rhe other two brands) than Jelymark's microfiber.As I write this I am still contemplating between these two. Hope my review helps to anyone looking to get these new cool kitchen mops.
