This product might be incomplete. I just returned it to Amazon Warehouse recently becuase it was not as advertised; missing the screen and carrying bag. Its now listed for purchase again.

The product is very fragile. It does not resist wind or ball throws of about 60 MPH, which generates the tilt of the product backwards. I am disapointed with the product.

Excellent screen for working both pitchers and batters. Also found it useful to place in different spot on the field.However only received the screen, never received the Radar cube or the balls. Took amazon a few weeks but customer service was amazing to figure out a solution.

I own batting cages in the Myrtle Beach area and we have had a radar set up for customers to measure their fastball for years. We had a $3000 system from Jugs with display. It was extremely accurate but needed yearly maintenance and it cost hundreds. At the beginning of last year I bought the Backyard Bullpen package and set it up in a small tunnel cage. It was set up everyday from April till September 2016 and never missed a beat. It may be a mile or two off the most expensive radar guns, but if it can handle the heat and humidity of an entire South Carolina summer then I can only imagine how durable it'll be for an individual or team. AND we've had it set up every day since March and it's working great. Also the screen is colorful and durable. I didn't take it down for Hurricane Matthew and it's still standing.
