This was the first wallmount rack that Kendall Howard designed. It did not take long for the Kendall Howard 1915-3-001-12 Wallmount Rack to become the standard that all Wallmount racks are measured against. This Kendall Howard 1915-3-001-12 Wallmount Rack has the strength and durability of our modular rack line, a 350 pound weight capacity, and works with 19" and 23" rackmount equipment. The standard 10-32 tapped rails and the easy to install 2 piece design are just two of the reasons this line of wallmount racks is so popular. The generous 18" depth has enough room for cables, switches, routers, and so much more.

Garbage - requires you to mount the sides exactly 19" apart. Better off getting your own parts and fabricating yourself.

I love this rack, especially with the price made it very effective for my home use. I am using this rack to house my home networking and CATV headend. Some of you say that the rack isn't sturdy enough or or warps, well of course it isn't going to be completely rock solid, you should have expected that when you read the description listing it as two separate pieces! I have a different experience, I have all 12 slots of the rack loaded with gear including two cisco XL switches. It holds all of that weight with no problem, and I found that the more units are full, the more structurally sound it will be because you have the equipment holding it together. Installation was a breeze because the holes in the back are cut to line up perfectly with standard stud widths in most homes (and even easier with the included template for marking the holes. All in all it's a great product for the money and I may even order another.

This is the second time I have used this wall mounted rack, and both times I have been nothing but pleased with the results. The template makes locating the mounting holes a snap, and once mounted is secure, stable and strong. In both cases I attached a shelf at the bottom, as they show, which helps to stabilize everything and of course gives a perfect spot for the non rack mountable equipment. Will buy again!

The rack is super easy to install. The template was accurate and it can easily be a 1 person job. While the rack seems to have a slight bit of play left to right, it holds the weight of the equipment I installed (48 port patch panel, 2 x 24 port 1u switches, 2 shelves carrying a small server in an Fractal Design Node 304 case and a PA amp for overhead music at a client's retail store.I will use this one again.

The picture is misleading on this item. The only thing you get is the two side pieces and no screws, not the full assembly you see in the picture. You have to spend another $30.00 to get the tray on the bottom that holds the two side pieces together... And I wont get it for another for another week unless I pay for expedited shipping. For $148 ? Its just not worth it in my humble opinion. Check out some of the Startech open frame racks. Similar quality but it comes with the entire rack and less money ! :-)

Ok. I did my homework; read the reviews; read the specifications; and looking at the the picture for this item you would think that it includes the bottom shelf. My order did not come with this. Very disappointing.

This is a good two peace wall mount cabinet. We have put at lease a dozen of them in a fast food restaurant in there office. They wanted a simple and clean look. The hardware is of good quality.Complaints: Just remember to put in at lease one shelf at top and one at the bottom or any lite weight equipment for easy installation!

I am really pleased with the rack. seems like good quality. My only problems are, no screws includes (not a huge deal) I found screws for $4 and the picture shows a shelf leading you to believe that it comes with a shelf. It does not include a shelf. I am fine with buying a shelf but wish the picture was correct so I would have ordered a shelf along with the rack.
