This one is hands down my sulcata's favorite pellets. The only thing he likes more is fresh grass!The texture seems perfect for him, and eagerly munches away every time I fill his dish, I mix it with other pellets but he picks these out first.It’s great knowing he’s getting a balanced diet especially during the cool season.Highly recommended for any picky sulcata!

We bought this to ensure our tortoise gets complete nutrition, however we have found that he will not eat it even it we get it moist or mix into his fresh veggies. It looks like a decent product with good ingredients, but I have a whole bag to donate now since he won't eat it.

I bought this bag for my Ornate box turtles and they destroyed it. I first gave them each one pellet through a pair of long tweezers that I have, and without hesitation they took it. And I was just giving it to them as a little desert type of thing because they had already eaten their food not that long ago. Great product your tortoises or box turtles will destroy it. I definitely recommend this product because it is just great. Overall the best product I have ever gotten to feed my Tortoises.

I have raised my Sulcata from a hatchling to his current 5 pounds on the same pellet blend, and he’s very healthy. However he’s outgrown his baby food and needed something more substantial that would last longer between purchases. After looking at what’s recommended for him, I chose this product. He has always been very picky about pelleted food, we experimented with several when he started pellet supplements to fresh food as a hatchling, so I was concerned that he might not eat a new food. So far, he’s doing well with this brand. He eats it well and seems to have had no problems with it. The bag is generous and should last a reasonable amount of time. I did transfer the pellets to an airtight container with a lid because the tight seal on the bag made it very hard to open and spillage was a concern.Update: Buddy has been on this food for a few months now. He eats it well and is a healthy happy tortoise. I will stick with this product.

The pellets are not chewable at all by tortoise. My tortoise hates this product.

My redfoot loves this food. I give it just as a supplement. He comes running when he smells it.
