I’ve tried a few different stands , straight leg with rubber pieces at the end and a fold up stand. By far these I like the best. Ok so maybe a little big to transport to gigs but due to the flat portion and rubber attachment on the end of each leg. These stands don’t move while playing.

Package showed up securely packed and on time. Simple enough to put together and break down, but I just save time and leave it in one piece. It works for my 10" conga.( 3 adjustable legs actually use two bolts each that must be screwed in/out with an alan wrench. The bolts that attach each leg to the upper ring are tightened with wing nuts so you won't need tools for that part ).Great product but If you haven't bought your conga yet look for a deal that comes with a stand. You'll probably end up saving a little dough.
