It's a used console but everything works as it should. Makes for a great option vs paying for the latest and greatest (read: most expensive) thing.

I brought an XBox One from them as a birthday present for my husband. His birthday was March 25th I ordered it on Feb 7th so when it came time to open his present it didn't work. I contacted them and they told me that the expiration date has come and gone, so they couldn't refund my money. They did offer to repair it but with all of the back-and-forth communication I was frustrated and purchased my husband a new one and I wanted my money back.

My grandson was soooo happy on Christmas morning !! He hooked it up right away and it works perfectly. I couldn't be happier and neither could he. I will buy refurbished products again without question !!!

My Xbox came in today. It DID NOT COME WOTH HEADSET OR any 5 GAMES. My Xbox looked used. Some scratches on the surface. My XBOX DID NOT COME WITH AND HDM1 CORD. Like WTF L. Good thing I had one. I got a free 2 week trial that’s was a plus ig. But yea it works uhhh 4.5/10. Would prolly buy again if I knew at least all the basics would be there. Like controller, HDM1 CORD!!!, oh and another thing. The DAMN BATTERIES WERE HALF DEAD. 2 FREAKING BARS. Lol $400 for bits and pieces. Still a 4.5

It came as described, a little misleading saying it comes “with gaming headset” but overall it’s functioning and well. Would buy again. Other people got games with theirs? Mine didn’t, or I’d give it a 5 star.
