Product is as described I did not read the instructions and stuff properly. Product will only charge controllers that have the original type battery not the one that has the open back. Like the design and fuctioning of the product

It worked well for awhile but then the fans started making this God awful noise so I just detached everything. Rather disappointingEDIT: they sent me a new one in place of the one that broke, ironically the day it arrived it was stolen by a local drug addict( true story) I confronted the thief and the police returned my item. It works great I hope it last a LONG time.

Absolutely LOVE IT!!!! A++++ The lighting is amazing, very bright. Charges your controller flawlessly as well. Fans are not so potent but I'm sure they'll definitely aid in keeping the XBOX cooler. A+++ would buy another one.

I love the lighting effects, I love the 3 speed fan. It's very quiet and I can feel the air flow holding my hand over the top of my Xbox X. Howver, it doesn't charge my controllers with the rechargeable batteries in them. I will return because that's what I bought it for. It looks heck of cool though!

Charging capability it's a little tricky to get the controllers in what you do it's amazing It colors are bright it's just magnificent The only thing I wish is after a while that it knew the Xbox was cooled down it would automatically turn the fan off I accidentally left it on overnight but it's well worth it the value was great for the money It turned out amazing and I really like it think about ordering a spare just in case this would breaks because I really love how good this thing works I've even turn it on for a while and played and put my hand on top of my xbox and still couldn't tell that it was hot or that it was blowing the air I had to take the thing off the stand just to make sure that it was working

I received the package on time, the delivery guy was nice and handed my package to me. I opened the undamaged box and put together a few of the other items that I'd purchased and when I connected the Xbox to the stand I noticed that the fan didn't really connect well to the Xbox. If it's puhed all the way on the Xbox it comes outta the stand and vice-versa. But I found a medium point and turned on the lights & fan. My first thought was "those fans are quiet." Then I places a tissue in front of them to see how much air was being moved and that's when I noticed that they weren't even moving. I checked to make sure that the power was on, the lights were on so I turned the fans on high, but still no response. I contacted Amazon and told the customer service representative what the issue was and she wanted to charge me a shipping cost to send it back. However after speaking to a supervisor I was given a refund and told to keep the defective unit, like I need more junk. If I could give negative stars I would.

The biggest thing I want to know for this product off the bat is that it charges a Xbox to core elite and it charges it just fine the LED indicator is even shown red because it's charging in the picture the battery charger works on this flawlessly and has built in safety which I liked the first day I got to stand my wife plugged in the standard controller to the charger and it did not engage but instead puts the controller on a gentle trickle charge that does not affect anything very positive feature about the device it will protect your batteries.That being said everything about it is really solid even the manufacturer that made the hanger for the headphones used respectable quality plastic not something that's thin and that will break extremely quick that comes with a headphone stand that basically you mount to the top of your Xbox through the end of one of the portholes very usefulThe only negative about the product is that I wish the fans actually sounded louder so you knew they were working so it's not really a negative about the device it does seem to do the job pretty well I went from standard cooling to this and yes you still feel your Xbox get hot but not as hot and it definitely helps keep the overall temperature down when playing starfield. It's also worth mentioning that my Xbox is quite literally less than a week old and I did notice an extremely slight but noticeable difference in performance when playing starfield and far cry 6 there was less lag because there's less heat.Last thing about the product it does have an adjustable feature for the fan and the light and yes you can turn the light off itself. The main one.
