Product arrived quickly and works as expected. Included a lot of useful extras like adjustment tools. Instructions for using and maintaining are clear for even someone with no chainsaw experience. Each battery lasts about 45-60 minutes depending on how hard the wood is. Easy to swap battery when it runs out. Truly useful product particularly for the modest price.

Used for the first time for trimming palm trees. Works great. Seed pods, limbs, this thing don’t care. It’s like a honey badger and cuts what it wants, it don’t care. Dropped it on the grass a few times, it don’t care, it slices through Shhhht like nobody’s business. Looked at buying one for my Milwaukee tool setup and those were almost $200 with no battery. I got this whole kit with 2 batteries, case, charger, and 3 chains for less than one of my Milwaukee batteries.Do it, you want this. Everyone needs a mini hand chainsaw.

Wow!. Was skeptical for the low price but this thing works great. And with the case and extra chains and accessories you cannot beat it. I have used it quite a bit around the property. Two batteries which are adequate. The chain will come loose sometimes but it is super easy to put on. Carry the case with you while you work to save time. Put some oil on the chain from time to time while cutting. I plan on buying another set. I have cut limbs and saplings 6-8 inches across with no issues. Not for heavy duty all day commercial use but for homeowner it is perfect.

This type of chainsaw is perfect for cutting small limbs or for marking where you want to cut large limbs where you want to cut them with you full sized chainsaw. There are lots of different brands of these on the market now. This one seems better than most. It's sturdy and seems well built. Being light weight makes the work so much easier, especially if you have to reach out for a branch. It costs about 1/3 as much as a Milwaukee or Makita, so you can buy three of them and always have a fresh chain saw with a fresh battery.

Good for cutting twigs. Cut one 6-inch branch and it ran out of power u need a longer lasting one i don't own one so I can't comment on whether it will complete one task. Otherwise, it works fine but not for long.so I won't recommended it... I am updating my review to say that this seller responded quickly and positively to my comments on his product and I recommend everyone to do business with this seller's.

I bought one of these maybe 5 years ago & use it on something every month it seemed. I moved recently so gave it to my daughter (who used to borrow it frequently). Now in a new home I find I can't live without this saw so I bought another from this company. IMPRESSED! This time it came in a great case, has extra blades (go to your local hardware store at the end of each season [think Christmas gift to your tools] & ask to have your blades tightened & sharpened. It's about $5 is all!) 2 batteries (but one lasts so long on this unit I haven't had to need for the 2nd. I used to have to switch them out during some jobs.), the tool to tighten the chain (do NOT let it get too loose! When a job is done, if the blade is baggy on the bar, read the simple instructions & tighten it) an empty oil container (bar & chain recommended but any will do-even olive oil :) & all the accessories needed to cut rose bushes out, Mulberry tree branches, equalize the height of a wooden fence, cut plywood (I don't have a circular or jig saw anymore either, but this one does those jobs ok) & any number of other jobs you think need a special saw for. Like I said, I love this tool. I am an elderly widow who has learned to do most jobs myself. This tool is small enough to fit my hand (the gloves are too big of course, but still doable) yet powerful enough to get the job done without intimidating me. I bought a second one for my grandson. Now all of us have our own. HIGHLY recommend this tool from this company!

This Mini Chainsaw 6 Inch Cordless, RLSOO Portable tool would be near perfect except that the tiny screw is really easy to strip when you have to tighten it a few times like I did. This is to say, the chain came loose quite a few times which wasn't fun. Other than that, it does a fantastic job. I trimmed quite a few tree branches and the battery isn't even halfway drained. I'm a 50 something female and yard work is not my strong suit, but with this little saw I'll be taking up tree trimming as a hobby!

Just used this to take down my Japanese maple tree,..It was pretty good and powerful for a little chainsaw.The chainsaw became stuck several times in the wood. I think in doing so the chain became a little loose. So not sure how it's going to cut the next time. Have not tried to tighten it yet.

You know when you buy a gift basket and you see all the goodies on top, but the it's stuffed with paper underneath so the basket isn't really full and it feels a little disappointing? That is definitely NOT this product. The neat little storage case is stuffed full of everything you will need now and later - including extra chains and batteries, oil, goggles, gloves, etc. When I purchased it, I was just looking for a small chainsaw, so all of these goodies felt like a bonus.I used the saw for the first time after the last hurricane came through, and it worked great. It was easy to use and lightweight, and made yard clean up from our fallen branches a breeze. I highly recommend.
