I got this for my husband and he sleeps in it at night to try to help gently correct his herniated disc issues in his neck. He says that it is comfortable. I Recommend.

SHINSOTE Neck Brace for Sleeping, Soft Cervical Collar is soft like memory foam. It's firm and when strapped can be quite tight, so be careful. It's definitely not the old school foam collar you saw uncle fester wear in the Brady Bunch episode where Marcia backed into someones car. Can be used to old your noggin up while sleeping in the car, but honestly I think those C neck pillows would be better.

This is an excellent neck brace product that is very comfortable to wear. When your neck feels uncomfortable, wearing it will bring you relief. You can use it at home while reading, watching TV, or using your phone. It is also suitable for use at the office or while traveling. Even in the summer, it won't feel stuffy when worn. It helps alleviate neck pain. I have purchased similar products before, and I found that the built-in memory foam of this one is different from regular foam; it's very soft. Additionally, it has embedded support PP plates, providing strong support. Most importantly, it is ergonomically designed and does not obstruct breathing.

I've been wearing it for a few days since I received it and I find it very helpful.Wearing this neck guard can prevent me from looking down while looking at my phone and can relieve minor cervical pain. The fabric is skin-friendly and comfortable to wear.

Very uncomfortable, definitely would not recommend it for sleeping.I guess it is very sturdy and prevents you from turning your head, therefore keeping your neck sturdy but I could only wear this for 5 mins at a time.
