Rim of item was bent but I was able to straighten it. I don't think this was an Amazon issue as the inner manufacturers packaging was not adequate to prevent the damage. There are several small screws needed to assemble the item and they were not packaged separately. As a result several of the screws were loose inside the box and I had to make several searches of the packaging to locate them. If not for my repeated searching I would have thrown them away. Item quality seems good but just disappointed with the damage and loose parts.

A lot smaller than expected and the legs don't tighten all the way so they are straight so it makes the entire thing very unstable.

Smaller than I expected but it actually turned out to be the right size. It puts out a good bit of heat. I also like the fact that the smoke goes up the pipe so you do not have to keep moving away. It also is safer than the large opened pits

Sorry guys, this chimenia just didn’t make the cut. It’s cute for ornamental display maybe, but put a fire in it and the paint jobs done. I had issues with damage during shipping. So the box ripped and parts were missing. The unit was dented as well. Sorry I had to do 2 stars as it just didn’t fit the expectations.

This little fireplace is sooooo poorly made! It was missing 2 screws for the legs and the screen on one side was broken right out of the box! I was so excited to have a little fireplace for my patio that I had my husband find compatible screws from his shop and he was able to bend the broken part so it laid flat. We used it twice,(btw you have to cut the wood that comes in bundles from the store in half, anything over 10” won’t fit) and after the second use it started showing signs of rust! Don’t waste your money it smokes something terrible as well because the design of the top piece & chimney is weird I ended up buying a Bali outdoor fireplace and I’m super happy with it!

The product may be 36in tall but it is extremely flimsy, missing install hardware and overall very weak. It is so small it will not even fit one regular side log. For 100 dollars is should be bigger that this. I would value it around 15 or 20 dollars for the size. Money NOT well spent.

For the price this is a great chimenea. We got it several days early and have been using it every night. The instructions were basic and 3 of the screws were short, but it's very sturdy. We looked at others that were more expensive, this one is nicer than a few of those.
