Quick ship just as described. It came in a vacuum packed box. Nice. It’s fiberfill and very soft. If you want a firm pillow, this isn't for you. It fluffed up in about a minute. Would order this again.

This pillow arrived compressed in a vacuum-sealed package, inside a box - very protected. When I cut open the sealed package, the pillow immediately pouffed up to it's plump 18" x 18" size! I can't attest to its comfort for sleeping - it's a throw pillow, not a bed pillow, and it completely filled my decorative cover. For me, it's for decor only, and it's perfect.

The size of these is good but I definitely would not label them as 'premium' and they're also not plump enough. They are very flat and would definitely benefit from more filling. Once in the cushion covers they're too flat. Wouldn't recommend.

I was specifically searching for a 12x20 extra firm pillow for a family member. From the description and pictures, this seemed it would be acceptable. It arrived vacuum sealed and while it expanded quickly, I could tell right away this wasn't going to be firm enough for their needs. It appeared fluffy and plump, until you put any pressure on it and it flattened out. If I wanted a fluffy, decorative pillow that no one ever put their head on, it would have been fine, but as it was I returned it. Getting it squished down and back into the box was a challenge, but it wasn't impossible. If it had been as firm as I was looking for there is no way it would have gone back into the box.

Pleasantly surprised by this product this pillow form was average in price and came packaged with the air sucked out of it, so it did not look very promising. I put it in the dryer as instructed and it fluffed up in about 20 minutes. It filled my 20 x 20 pillow cover adequately. Reasonable quality for the price.It has a zip cover so that filling material can be added or removed as desired. Great for accent pillows but if you want support for frequent use, you may want something firmer than this polyester fill.

Did everything as instructed including putting into the dryer on medium for 30 min. It did inflate but not where I expect them to be. Hopefully it will expand overnight.

This came as flat and compacted in a small box and upon reading and following the instructions, I had a large fluffy pillow in minutes that I used in a personalized pillow cover. It is fairly large, fluffy, good quality, and my pillow looks great!

Got a few of these pillows for lumbar support - they are too thin and flimsy and not worth the price.
