Pretty accurate! The numbers my son got from this are the same as the numbers he got at the doctor’s office.

Very easy to use and install the companion app. I wish the app had the ability to track more than 1 user, but I can manually record other readings for tracking as well. Overall, very helpful to managing asthma.

The device itself is nice and captures all the necessary data for tracking your peak flow of breath. This doesn't get five stars because the device fails to connect to the app via Bluetooth. That said, it does allow me to input my data manually and track it via the app by graph and statistics. This is a good device for anyone with compromised lung capacity, asthma, COPD, etc. If the app connected and synchronized my data the way it is advertised, then I would give it a higher rating for sure. Other than that, I'm happy with the performance.

The peak flow meter is very simple to use. I charged it for two hours before using as it said to do in the directions. As soon as you turn it on and the screen says 'go' it's ready to use. Take a deep breath, blow as fast and hard as you can into the mouthpiece and the reading is instant, signified by two beeps. After you take three readings, the average is supposed to be your current level. There is an app that you can put on your phone to keep track of your readings, and I think the device stores 300 readings. My only issue is with the expiration date on the device. The one I received expires in only two years.

The peak flow meter is really easy to use. Once you know your target range, you're good to go. Just blow as hard and fast as you can through the mouthpiece, and the display shows your results. It also has an app you can download to record your data and determine your target range based on your age, height, and weight. I have asthma, so it's a great device to monitor my lung function. It's a bit expensive, but the display makes it easy to use and read. I think I'll be better about using it since it's quick and easy.

I am new to using spirometers, and should have done my homework before purchasing this. It measures only FEV1 and PEF. It does not measure FCV. Pity as this limits its usefulness. The FCV to FEV1 ratio is a useful number. I returned this, and plan to get a spirometer that also measures FCV and FEF.
