These LEDs are really nice. They are machine aluminum they look concise and well thought out. They are also small so if you have a lot of them to be installed, you can group a lot. I also like the fact they’re 120 V AC super convenient. I like using LEDs for indicator rather than an incandescent lamp.

Kenmore Freezer pilot light crapped out & discontinued. Problem for us since our freezer is on a separate circuit and can trip. Light installed easily with a drill to the existing mounting. Soldered the connections .

Worked very good for what it was intended for.On previous order of the same light i was sent a 12 volt instead of 120 volt but don't think it was sellers fault. Anyway, seller was very good at communicating with me to get it straightened out!!

The lamp works great! I purchased the red one. I'm from the old school and I was a little skeptical about purchasing an LED because this was the first time using an LED for 120 VAC as I remember they used to use neon lamps with the built-in resistors. This was to replace a power indicator lamp on a toaster-oven (Farberware 550076). The original lamp was still working however it was this TEENY TINY, piss-weak blue LED, AND it was trying to show through a blue plastic lens on the panel. Blue on blue so you can never tell when the unit was ON by looking at the front panel. Before mounting I tested it. The lamp has a black and white wire. In my case I connected the lamp's black wire to the toaster's blue wire and the lamp's white wire to the toasters's red wire. Then I prayed. I turned the power ON and it worked! I left it on a little while just to make sure that it wasn't going to pop. No problems, was very happy. I mounted it in by reaming the original hole larger and using washers for a better fit and to cover up the original oval hole. All went fantastic at this point. The problem was putting the !@#$%^& cover back on this crappy toaster-oven. My son and I were really trying. It had this tongue and slot mounting system along the two sides and top and it could not be aligned on all sides at the same time to slide into the front panel. So I took the lamp back out and through the !@#$%^& oven in the trash. (Its like a DYI'er can't even take pride in making something better because the rest of it is crap.) BUT I highly recommend this lamp. It was bright for my purposes and the build quality is very good. The wires were braided and had some pretty good gage to them. Well worth the money. So I am saving the lamp for someday. (Writing this review was really therapeutically beneficial to me.) Thank you.

I have a switch in my garage that operates the exterior light by the side entrance door.Because it's next to an outlet, I sometimes bump it without realizing it and the light gets left on for however long until I notice it. Not a huge deal in the scheme of things, but still annoying. I could always move the switch, but that's more effort than slightly annoying is worth. There are numerous "pilot light" switches available, but most are either illuminated when off (not useful in this case), don't play well / flicker when used with LED's, or are heavy duty and cost north of $20 per switch. These are about 1/4 of that, so I thought what the heck and ordered a couple.I pulled the wall plate, drilled a 5/16 hole, and wired one in - maybe 10-15 minutes all told. Time will tell on longevity, but on first impression I'm quite happy.Others have commented that the light is dim - I can't say my experience is the same. Perhaps it would be an issue in direct sunlight, but for my situation the LED is plenty bright - more so than the pictures I attached make it appear.

I build guitar amps and use these in conjunction with the on switch. I like these better than the traditional fender style with the incandescent bulb or the Marshall neon. They have a nice minimalist modern appearance and are plenty bright for my use. I choose a color that matches the case. Hopefully, as an LED they will last for decades. If you are using this for an amp, note that they run off line voltage not the 6.3V heater winding.
