My flute is not my main instrument, so mine sits around a lot, but this stand worked really well. It is a little wobbly and hard to pack.

I like that it's small, inexpensive, and doesn't let my flute fall over while I change music. It does not fit in my flute case, however, as it claims. Maybe some cases have room, but mine does not. But I have a music bag which holds my tunerand music glasses, etc, and it fits in there. It took me a minute to figure out how to set it up. I watched the video on Amazon, it's very helpful.

I ordered this stand so my daughter has a safe place to set her flute down when practicing at home. It's a nice compact size and she's able to store it in the end of her flute in her case. It's stable enough and even though it's very lightweight, it's holding up well so far. Great value!

Great price for the value. This is compact and easy to both breakdown and set up. The color is ideal for use on stage as it does not attract attention (although it might be hard to see in pit work). A flute stand like this would be great for students as it could encourage more practice by leaving the flute out instead of putting it in its case after each practice session.
