This thing works great- I intended it for use in the car for picking up any smells like smoke or food. It does the job relatively well and does pull air better than expected. My main complaint is that the instructions are completely useless. It is near impossible, if not IMPOSSIBLE completely to get the bottom part off to replace the filters- without doing something short of breaking it. it does light up, and have options to turn that off while its running, but it took me embarrassingly long to figure out that the switch is on the top, and is a touch button. Usually I'm pretty good with electronics, but there was NO mention in the guide that the switch was... well. Not a switch.I only turned it on by accident, and only then did I figure it out. It DOES need to be plugged in to work, and only includes a cord but no wall plug, so BYO if you need that.

It works. It's not battery-powered, so it must be plugged in to use. You just plug it in, then touch/tap the little circle on the top of the device to turn it on (with RGB lighting), another touch/tap to turn off the RGB lighting, and another touch/tap to turn off the device. The device is fairly small, which is nice and makes it easy to move around or use in your car or at work. Doesn't come with a power brick, only a cable.I think if you want a really effective air purifier, you should get something a little bigger though.

It took me a few minutes to figure out how to turn the device on, it's not obvious and the instructions don't say how (it has to be plugged in to USB, it's not rechargeable, and the button is the center of the top, but you won't feel it depress). The air flow is very weak, you can barely feel it with your hand an inch above the top, which means its ability to grab the ionized particles is almost non-existant unless they happen to fall right next to it. You can change the filter at the base, but it was very hard for me to open, and then once I did get it open, the cap stayed loose and wouldn't tighten up again. I can't say that I noticed any difference in the amount of particles in the air, or the dander from my cat. Speaking of, my cat hated this, they wouldn't even come within 10 feet of my desk (and they're a desk surfer), which makes me think the ionizing corona is about 10 feet or slightly less - possible application for a cat deterrent maybe?

I’ve been using this air purifier at my desk for a few days, and I think it’s helping… maybe? The air feels a little fresher, but it's hard to tell if it’s the device doing its thing or if my cat just decided to give me more space.Functionally, it’s a sleek little unit. It’s quiet, has a nice soft glow from the lights (which you can turn off while it’s running), and the touch-top controls are surprisingly satisfying. I’m planning to move it to my car soon — curious to see if the benefits are more noticeable there. One small detail that felt off: it comes with a bright white USB cable, which kind of clashes with the otherwise all-dark aesthetic. Not a dealbreaker, just felt like a missed design opportunity.Overall, I like it — even if I’m still waiting on undeniable proof that it's purifying anything!

This Portable HEPA Air Purifier with negative ion purification is a great solution for cleaner air on the go. Designed specifically for cars, trucks, and RVs/campers, it effectively tackles common airborne nuisances like smoke, pet dander, dust, and general pollutants. It's fantastic for creating a fresher environment in smaller, enclosed spaces where air quality can quickly become an issue. The negative ion feature adds an extra layer of purification, working to neutralize odors and fine particles. However, there's one notable drawback: it requires a constant power connection to operate. This means it's not truly wireless and needs to be plugged in at all times to deliver its benefits. Despite this, for those frequently on the road or in their RV, it's a valuable tool for maintaining clean, breathable air.
