I like this dispenser. Works great. Does not leak. Provides nice whipped cream. You need to shake it before dispensing or you will get runny whipped cream. Very easy to use. Has a nice capacity. Not bad for the amount of money paid.

This works great! We use whipping cream and a bit of liquid Splenda to make a no-sugar whipped topping.

This whipped cream canister has all the capability of more expensive ones, and I appreciate the pint size. My larger quart-size canister is too big for trying out new recipes. I think cost is saved by using a machined aluminum canister rather than steel. I think this material should be quite safe for the pressures involved in holding whipped cream. It also comes with a variety of nozzles, and even two covers for screwing down the cream charger (not included), the plastic one shown in the instructions, and a metal one. I used the metal one. Both are shown in the product description.I followed the instructions, added heavy cream up to the max fill line, closed the top, injected the gas, and gave four or five vigorous shakes. My vigorous shakes are not deficient in vigor! But when I attached the nozzle and ejected some whipped cream, it was liquidy and barely foamy. I shook it about another five times, and then the whipped cream was getting close to the right consistency.I don't know why the instructions got this wrong. Are they discouraging high pressures inside the vessel? At any rate, to get usable whipped cream, I think you must either fill above the fill line (which seemed relatively lower than it is on my other dispenser) or shake it more. Note that you're injecting gas into the space remaining above the cream, so the more cream you put in, the higher will be the pressure of the gas and the more pressure behind the whipped cream. Next time I'll add a bit more cream.I am not worried about explosion. The parts seem well made. But I think the modification here is necessary to get a good result with this canister, and so I gave four stars rather than five.
