I melted the original trying to clean it up in the dishwasher. That was an expensive mistake. Replacing the recovery tank is less than buying a new carpet cleaner.

I was looking for a replacement to my carpet cleaner and this is a perfect replacement. It was so easy to remove the old part and replace it with this. I don't think it took more than 10 minutes to install. I've used is several times since replacing and have nit had any problems. This is going to extend my carpet cleaner's life. I also bought another replacement part for this as well and together, I have no Complaints.

It comes with a silicone seal compared to the original foam style. My first use found that liquid was escaping through the seal when emptying the tank.

Perfect replacement for original. Seems like using same product. No problems with it at all. Seems a little sturdier?

It fits my machine and works however when I carry the full tank, the handle squeaks.

I thought I would have to buy a new carpet cleaner when the gasket on my dirty water tank wore out. I was pleased to find a replacement tank so I can keep using my current machine a little longer. The new part fit perfectly.

Bought this to replace my dirty water tank on my Hoover because the foam seal broke. So far this works great and I like that it comes with the silicone seal instead of the foam one. It is less likely to fall apart. It is cheaper than buying one through Hoover and works just as good. No complaints.
