I installed an after market backup cam in my 2012 Toyota Prius C. I didn't want to drill holes in my tailgate, or use any adhesive that may have questionable holding power, so I ordered this license plate bracket. It fits and works perfectly for what I needed.I originally installed it between the license plate and the license plate cover, but the cover was a bit too bulky to point the camera as far down towards the ground as I was hoping. I moved the bracket to the outside of the license plate cover and was able to position it correctly. I'd buy this again if I needed to install another after market backup camera.

Perfect if you don't want to drill holes to mount your backup camera...This mounts behind the license plate or the holder, takes some adjusting, but just what I needed.

This is a small light camera holder that does a great job. For $6 it works really well and is a great value

I bought this camera license plate bracket for my 2015 Jeep Compass because I wanted to be able to mount the camera directly in the center of my liftgate without having to screw into the plate or body panels directly. The bracket hides beautifully behind the plate and the camera doesn’t obstruct the info on the plate. Some reviews mention the bracket rusts easily, and if that concerns you I would recommend sanding it down, then priming and painting it. Make sure to cover the screw holes if you take this route. The bracket is built solid, is inexpensive, and it fits perfectly with most of the backup cameras out there. My camera was one that was included with an Android stereo, so I just connected half of the original camera bracket to the new plate bracket. It aligns perfectly and the screw threads match.

This is a great solution to mount an aftermarket backup camera. The camera tucks up into the bumper a bit on my Impala, and I almost cannot tell there is one there.

This is a nice way to install a rear camera without having to damage or drill my car. The bracket is hidden behind the license plate, so it does not look ugly. Very easy to install with license plate.

This bracket does just what it says it does- it will mount a reverse/rear/backup camera for an aftermarket setup to your license plate mount without having to drill holes to mount the camera (you may have to drill them to route the wires of course). It conveniently includes pretty much everything you need to install it except the actual license plate screws/bolts and whatever tool you need to remove those (because each car will be different). It's nice that you can either take the original bracket off the camera or remove the camera from it and mount it to the bracket on the license plate mount. So far this seems to have worked well, and it's nice to not have to put more holes into the car than necessary.
