The handle being on the side of this tool puts it right in your way instead of being a help. Terrible tool. It was obviously designed by someone who hasn't installed wood screws in hard to reach areas. The handle should've been placed on the back side of the tool instead of the side. I'm sorry I wasted my money.

Bought these a few times in the past. I’m in construction so these are needed more often than not. Most recently I bought 3 of them. All three within the first two days of putting them in circulation either broke apart or the gears stripped out entirely. Not made to last or drill through anything thick-ish, not even a 2x4.

Miter gears self destructed after 30 second light use. No longer any connection between input and output shafts. Absolutely dirt poor design and assembly, gears must be made of plastic or pot-metal.
