These work just fine for what they are, temporary stairs. One wasn't wide enough, bought another. They work fine. They take some time to put together and the rug pieces don't stay on very well. We figured that out. No problem. They are what we need for now. They do seem sturdy.

Strong steel stairs. I like the strength, the handle, I feel secure climbing up and down.Easy to put together…I use the stairs to help me get in and out of bed, which is the new type of high bed.Stairs have pieces of carpet to cover the stairs, which I stuck down with two sided gorilla tape, because they slid a bit.

Was initially happy with them. Easy enough to follow instructions however a lot more flimsy than thought.the square tube's connect to a thin L shaped strap on the bottom. May be fine flat on ground but if you use the feet, like I have, the upperstep upright is sending all your weight downward into that thing strap. I just bought this and it almost immediately has bent (on both sides) and lower stepnis now tilted inward slightly. No way this supports 400lbs.Other issue is one of the square tube's that holds the railing is too small so can't adjust the height of railing.

The stairs arrived quickly with no missing parts. Assembly was just a bit confusing but we put it together in about 2 hours. I just goofed in the one visual putting the support posts the wrong direction. We moved the hand rail to the other side with no issues. These stairs are very sturdy and fit well against our Motorhome. Our other camping friends might even buy a set.We will swap out the rug runners for Anti Slip Tape. We were going to drill holes and anchor them with screws but think the tape would be better in the rain etc. BUT, all in all. VERY HAPPY with these.

I bought these stairs, because I am recovering for six or more weeks from foot surgery and wanted a more stable and easy way to get into my RV, which we live in full-time. My husband and I built these together in 1.5 hours. The instructions were pretty clear, but we did get a couple of the rods turned around the wrong direction and had to restart a couple of times. Just follow the pictures closely! We only used one handrail, because we have an entry door that swings outward and would’ve been right in the way of the other handrail. The stairs seem really sturdy, yet lightweight enough for my husband to pick up and move by himself, and the handrail is very nice to use. I also did realize the handrail is adjustable in height, which is great! The little carpet pieces are very nice. I saw in some of the reviews that people said they might blow away in the wind, and I can see that, as they do not stick down to the steps . We have some really great 3M double-sided tape that we use for a lot of things in our RV. We have tried sticking them down with that. I may give an update later on how that works out.

The quality of the materials and screws was very good. It took about 1 hour to assemble. Tools were provided. When fully assembled, it was sturdy enough for an adult. The carpet pieces are needed because the steps are smooth and slippery without them. The paint looked good except there were a few spots that did not stick and must have peeled in transit or handling before we received it. See photo.

Not the easiest to out together but once it's there stability is great got some weight to it so not super easy to move around after but not bad. Size was spot on for my RV and hand rail can be adjusted for higher or lower if need be. 0 missing parts. Carpet sections don't stay on great but I fixed that by grabbing some small magnetic bars to hold them in place

1st -Very poor Instruction Visuals resulted in GUESSing how to assemble. Nothing shows what bolts go where and which side or rods they are assembled through. 2nd - similar parts and components not identified so had to figure out what was what. 3rd - Hardware Bag had holes in plastic so parts fell out as removing from the shipping box. Would help if they identified if Diagram view was top down or side or bottom. 4. Legs versus the feet instructions - complete failure. Engineers may be writing, don't they are not writing for the average person. Maybe Quality or Cust Svc can help with feedback they get from End Users. It would be so easy for mfg to add the details need to the instructions. Instructions details are what show what the level of quality is in a company. Not impressed and would not recommend this product or mfg.

Please send the handrail as it’s missing and this is basically an expensive ladder without it.Just another task to complete

Looks great and extremely sturdy and durable at our building. Easy to assemble and much safer for Senior Citizens to use. Would purchase again if ever needed.

Very frustrating experience to assemble without any instructions but we managed. I liked that it has an adjustable height with the legs but decided to leave on the lowest height for stability. The mats are slightly faded upon arrival. For the price, I suppose you get what you pay for and it does the job but I wouldn’t say it is the most durable or high quality item.

We needed these to use with our Jumping Jack trailer. They make getting on the trailer, and into the tent so much easier. They are very sturdy, even on rocky/gravel bases. They are much better than the simple step stool that the company gave us with the trailer. The handrail is a nice feature. Especially when it’s raining. They do come with removable carpet tread pads. They are just an anti slip pad that you lay down on them. You’d have to take them in with you if the wind is really bad, as they don’t stick to the stairs. We always make sure to throw them in the backseat of the truck when we break camp. The stairs go in the bed of the truck. They are light enough to toss up into the truck, but still heavy enough that they don’t feel flimsy or rickety. We also just got a hot tub, and while I was in the process of building the permanent stairs and platform for that, we used these stairs for a couple weeks to get in and out of our hot tub. They worked so well that I almost considered not building the stairs, but I wanted something with a more finished look. Had it not been for wanting to match the stairs to the deck, I probably would have just continued using these.Over all, great purchase!
