I got this for my 10 yr old autistic grandson to hopefully slow down a little bit and help him focus, of course I tried it first, it was kind of relaxing putting the ropes in the maze and making designs, he has spent some time with it and his mother believes this will also help his motor skills. I feel like this would also be awesome for an elderly person.

Kids love it. I couldn't believe how long our level 1 autistic son sat and used this. Just a little busy activity while we flew on a plane. It kept him occupied for quite a while before he got bored. It is a decent size but pretty flat so it fit in our bags easily.

I am quite impressed with this sensory board. This is the first time I have ever tried something like this and I think it’s great. The material is soft and the colors are bright.I unpacked it today and tight away both my kids wanted to try it and they both seemed to be engaged with the board. They each spent a few minutes focusing on placing the pieces on.Overall it seems like a good value and while I received the item as part of the vine program, that does not change my review. Having never tried something like this, I likely would never have thought to purchase something this, but I am happy I did.

This is so fun, and great for all ages, kids and adults! (My kids are 4-11) It’s been hard but a good lesson in patience for my kids taking turns, and each one has come up with new patterns and ideas for what to do with this. I got it to keep a child occupied and focused during read aloud time. It definitely helps! The brightly colored pieces are eye catching, flexible, and satisfying to touch and bend and fit into the grooves. It’s small and flat, which makes it very easy to store. If the pieces get lint on them you can easily wash them off with a little warm soapy water, it’s very simple to care for. This is a well made fidget/sensory board.

I like the fact its silicone which makes it super easy to clean. Its silicone so it doesn't slide around on the table. The colours are nice and not overwhelming for those with visual sensory issues. The texture is nice, again easier for those with tactile issues.I believe this to be a very useful tool for the Neurotypical and Neurodiverse individuals. This can help teach younger neurotypical children how to use their hands and manipulate items. It can also be used for neurodiverse individuals that are ADD/ADHD or on the Spectrum.As if that wasn't good enough, it can also be used to help disabled individuals re-learn skills they may have lost due to brain injury/neuropathy etc... I started using this with a friend who has severe neuropathy in their hands and they were able to use this to adjust how they reach and grab for things based on their visual interpretation of where their hands and fingers were touching the items.Its easy to clean and throw in a tub or bag to travel with.In my opinion the only thing that would make this better is if it came in 2 sizes, one a little bit larger for those adults on the Spectrum or Disabled would be a great idea!
