Diamond Grit #50-white buff
- The 4"/100mm polishing pads includes grits #50, #100, #200, #400, #800, #1500, #3000, white buff ;
- The workable thickness is 1.5mm.
- You can choose grit only or grit with backer as your needs.
Application
- The pad is polishing for Marble Granite Quartz, and all similar stone material.
- White bond, better for white stone polishing.
- You can use the pads by 4 Inch 5/8"-11 thread Aluminum based backer or Rubber based Backer.
Flexible and Soft
- The pad is flexible and soft, suitable for different shape polishing.
- Very competitive stanard good quality
- The nylon backer is easy connect and removal.
The backer Recommended speed is 2500RPM.
- The backer Recommended speed is 2500RPM, Max capacity is 5000RPM.
- We commend to use angle grinder for polishing with speed control,less than 4000RPM. Otherwize there is a risk of the disk filying off.

Product was very easy to use. Applies easy. Creates a solid bond. Sands easy. I'm a regular weekend honey-do project guy. This project was a cracked marble window sill. Had no problems. Would buy again.

Had some surplus granite. These weren’t expensive so gave them a try. Got the job done and they are still good to go for next time.

I have purchased similar product before from a different manufacturer. The pads were good but the plastic arbour section broke. I gave this product 5 stars as it comes with an aluminum arbour which I expect will be much stronger.

Los utilizo para pulir cristal, solo que cuando se calientan ya no cortan igual y los diamantes más gruesos chipean el cristal .sería genial que mejoraran el producto un poco más.

I do not write many reviews but I was initiallyuncertain about buying these disks and backing plate to refinish my granite countertop based on what people said about the backing plate not securing the disks after a few uses. I took a chance and had no problems and changed to different disks many time during the hours of operation to fully restore my granite. I do not know how people are using the disks to cause them to not be secured to the backing plate but I used a Dewalt variable speed grinder/polisher to complete the job. I highly recommend this product if you want to refinish granite surfaces. When people say that the disks flew off they do not say how they were using them. I used the recommended speed called for in granite refinishing videos and had no problem and the disks last forever. I still have the original disks and backing plate they look great.

En Gdl una sola almohadilla me costaba 450 aprox: por 490 compre 8 almohadillas. Las use de una forma inapropiada. Y aún así duraron mucho mucho más de lo que esperaba, se daño el velcro, pero la cerámica diamante, está en excelentes condiciones después de pulir 100m2

I am still using the 50 grit diamond pad and its still good. However, the backer pad fell apart. The rubber between the hook and loop began to crack apart and fly off in pieces until the hook and loop piece came completely off. I ordered two sets so I went to the second backer and the same thing began to happen. So in summary, diamond pads are performing well, but the backer is terrible.
