Put the tiniest bit of weight on top of it when it was open and the drawer mechanism bent and broke, sending ball bearings everywhere. Cheaply made.

The drawer is sleek and slid right into my rack case. Unfortunately, the upper left hand mount was damaged and bent inward toward the case. I was able to straighten it out as best as I could. I was also surprised that it did not come with screws to mount the drawer.

While I did have an issue with my original shipment amazin and sound town did send a new one free of charge least as of now. Will update if that changes

The little "PLASTIC" handle has popped out. Look at the thickness of the foam insert. It is not thick enough to nest anything in drawer if you use it in a mobile operation. Bought this to have a storage for new microphones.. they are just bouncing around in drawer.. Contacted sound town about problem... Basically admitted that they know it's a problem by saying "We wrote the thickness here"... So now I have spent money on something that DOES NOT WORK... Guess I'll buy Gator next time...

I don't like that the box is only 3/4 of the way built the bottom is missing entirely so you can't fasten it through the bottom of the box itself

Drawer's fine. Only comes with one layer of the pick-out foam, unlike the first picture. Not a huge problem, since I can just get some cheap hobby foam, but kinda wish I had gotten what I ordered, which was a complete solution.
