This is way better than a rolled up towel. It does the trick. Unexpectedly, I was able to use it to relieve tension headaches.

these seem a little overpriced but hey, your posture is worth the tiny investment for sure. still giving 5 stars because everyone who uses a computer or phone should probably correct their posture and this is such an easy way.

My daughter uses this once a week, per our chiropractor recommendation. She likes it and we recommend!

Been playing around for years on how to relax during yoga while stretching my neck. Have never been able to get it right. Either too small a roller or too big or too much pressure on my cervical. I used this device once and found it very effective. Having the small curve in the foam toward your shoulders is more comfortable than away. Using the extra pad is for advanced use only, sets you neck maximum height. I even used it to roll my knees to the left and right during a yoga stretch. It was a good feeling having the single device to support my neck while stretching my hips in a flat, prone position only. I would recommend taking the device to yoga practice to help with different stretches that involve the flat, prone position. This helps me to take the strain off my neck so I can relax my body parts that focus on the particular stretch the Yogi is putting us through. I would only use the extra pad in a immobile flat prone position, very intense. I realize this device is simple and cheap as far as how it's made but the Dr designed it well. I put my Ma roller back in the closet too extreme for my neck.

Quality is fine. Doesn't feel like it gives a neck stretch. Comfort has it a bit hard and pressure on cervical vertebrae in wrong places. Was recommended by a chiropractor but it was not for me.

I purchased this item and it seems to be working for me.BUTPlease do what I did first....1. Go see you doctor/chiropractor/physiotherapist first.2. Have them send you for X-Rays on your neck.3. Go back to them and have them analyze the x-rays and give you advice as to your condition, issues, treatment, etc.4. If they suggest using a device similar to this one tell them about the one you found here. (this one is much less than the doctor prescribed versions)5. Buy it and show it to your doctor/chiropractor/physiotherapist and ask if this will work and if so how to PROPERLY use it.Please do not just buy it and start using it based on photos or videos you've seen online. Get professional advice. That's what I did and I'm noticing an improvement already.Take care and Happy Healing

I'm sorry to say but the people critisising this item for it's small size, must be using it very incorrectly. It is for your NECK. Unless these people have massive necks, I don't understand why they think this is a child's size. Children don't tend to have things like even made for them. There is even a video on the item page showing you how to use it - with an adult human female! It relieves so much pressure in my neck, and along with stretches and foam rolling, is going to be a good piece of kit for me in my neck-hump reversal. Please don't be put off by the reviews written by people who haven't got a clue what they're doing.

Chiropractor told me to purchase for cervical issues. I have degenerative disks. Chiro told me to lay on it for 3min, increasing 1 min ea day to max of 10min. The one at office is a nice sturdy white solid foam piece. This was very different. It looked beat up, bent on corners. I wasn't sure about it. It was a bit painful to lay on but it does say passive traction. I returned it and will try a different one.

This feels about as hard as the Denneroll the chiropractor has and probably hold up as long. I consider it a firm or a medium to those who use Denneroll brand. Yes, it's to feel like wood. Even though the pic shows soft, it is not soft. Not supposed to be. This is reg. size. Not kid size. Don't think a kid should use such. You want to rest it on your neck, not head. It doesn't need to be longer. It can be higher with another layer if there's anything to improve on. How long this will last compared to the brand, not sure. From how it feels, I think it will last long enough to put the curve back in my neck.If you're going for soft, use a rolled up towel. If you're trying to put curve back in neck with a chiropractor or P.T. to guide you, this should work. That means they take X-rays to know for sure vs. you guessing if you have a neck prob and be using this that may cause damage. This isn't comfy. Not meant to be. Towel is comfy and tolerable. This is meant to bring curve over a long period of time. There's a time frame you build up on using this too. Again don't get this if you don't have a specialist to guide you or you will be doing serious damage.
