This was a descent item. I was very confused why there is a whistle attachment to the tea pot that does not fit at all. If it does, it is not intuitive and there are no pics showing it on the item. Still a product that was useable.

This is a serviceable, lightweight, and inexpensive tea kettle set, which appears to be constructed of hard-anodized aluminum. It is similar in design to more-expensive camping kettles made by recognized brands such as MSR and GSI. My impression is that this Fortitude21 kettle uses a thinner-gauge aluminum, with a less robust handle. At a capacity of 2.2 liters, this is the largest camping kettle I have used.In addition to the kettle and vented lid, the set includes four small 200-milliliter cups, elastic silicone insulators for the cups, a hanging mesh tea infuser ball, a carry bag, and a carabiner. The set is described as also including a cleaning sponge, although this was missing from mine. Instead, I received a sort of tea-kettle "whistle." However, a couple peculiarities (see photos):1) The insulators fit the cups very poorly. The cups are tapered, and the silicone sleeves are not. This means they are tight near the rim of each cup, but splay outwards towards the bottom.2) The "whistle" was a bonus I hadn't expected. And it is completely useless. It appears designed to nest around a kettle's spout. For the whistle to function, this would require a tight seal. However the diameter of the whistle is significantly larger than the kettle's spout's diameter. No seal = no whistle.I debated between three and four stars. I concluded that if the set had simply excluded the ill-fitting silicone sleeves, and skipped the bonus whistle, I would have gravitated toward four stars, especially given the kettle's low price. So I really shouldn't hold those two peculiarities against the product.I am generally pleased with this inexpensive set, and happy to recommend it for your use.

FORTITUDE21 Tea Kettle Stovetop, 2.2L Stovetop Kettle,This hot water kettle is actually a decent unit, with good capacity for a group of hikers/campers. The lid grab could be better, and it's not a SNUG fit lid, but it's decent enough. The actual handle, so-so--- it's thin sheet metal. Then, there's the rest of the 'stuff' in the box--all supposed to add value, right? The cups are decent enough, but the rubber sleeves are very much just junk, they don't form fit at all, and are odd when actually put onto the cups. The tea leaf holder--sure, why not, just a basic $1 item. The mesh carry bag is good enough. There is a whistler that was included, so that the pot would 'whistle' when the water boils, however the included whistler doesn't fit this kettle at all. So toss that out too.Overall, if they'd have NOT included all the extra junk, I'd have been more impressed. The kettle is dandy enough, and didn't have to be cheapened with the accessories. Aluminum should last many seasons, and it's super lightweight. I love the kettle, just could do without the extras. If this were titanium, it'd be a spectacular kettle.

I am thrilled with this 2.2L stovetop tea kettle! It’s perfect for boiling water, whether I’m at home or out camping. The whistling feature is loud enough to hear but not overwhelming, ensuring I never forget the water on the stove. The design is sleek and compact, with a handle that stays cool to the touch, making it safe and easy to use. It heats up water quickly and evenly on both gas and electric stoves. I even took it camping, and it performed wonderfully over a portable burner. The sturdy construction and durable materials make this kettle a must-have for tea lovers and adventurers alike. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a dependable and stylish teapot!

I was expecting an actual sized kettle, however this is super small, not what I was expecting. It is okay for a single or couple of campers but for a whole family, this will definitely not work. You definitely get what you pay for with this kettle, the handle feels thin and unreliable if added weight, the coating on the kettle is fine but I do not think this is a kettle to keep around for ever maybe a season or two depending on how many times you use it. The lid could be a little more snug but it just seems like a small piece that will eventually get lost which is disappointing. The cups with the silicone covers are a joke, the silicone cover does not even stay on making the cup useless if you can not hold it, so I would recommend using your own. Over all okay for a beginner type kettle or kids kettle that way if you lose it or it does not work out you are not emotionally attached because there are higher quality kettles out there.
