My handle started to stick in the down position so the water in the cistern would run if not manually put back to the up position. This was a pretty reasonable priced unit and direct replacement. Fairly simple to change over. Back to normal functioning.Don’t wait if this issue with sticking starts as you could lose a lot of water and get a large bill!

Trip lever for our Kohler toilet works well, looks nice and easy and fast to install. Seems to be built well. Hard to find parts for older toilets so happy Amazon had it!

This replacement handle kit was a few dollars more than a universal version, but I figured it was worth the extra cost to match what was there before. Plus, being a Kohler part I knew quality would be good. My original handle lasted 10 years before it started to corrode in the area where it rotates. My handle would stick when I flushed, causing the stopper to stay up, letting water continue to flow into the bowl. This new handle was a five minute install, and fixed my issue.

Both my Kohler toilets never flushed well when we bought our house, the handle would get stuck with the flapper open if we tightened the nut too tightly, after replacing the flapper and fill valve, we tried replacing the handle with this and it worked perfectly! Comparing side by side it was obvious the problem with the original handles (rotating part had completely seized up). Highly recommend, hoping this handle lasts a long time so I don’t have the problem again!

Exactly as advertised, matched the look of the previous flush handle, easy to install, cured a sticking flush handle issue. Low cost despite being an older part.I expect it be sturdy as the old part lasted 15 yrs.

Wow! The arm on my old one would not go back up, the handle was staying in the down position. When I unscrewed the handle I found a broken piece of plastic, part of the nut in the handle was broken so that was the problem. I ordered this brand new replacement, easily put it on and wow! I realized my toilet wasn't flushing properly for a long time after placing this new one! I am very happy with this product, and in case anyone is wondering, because I have seen different things online, the arm is metal, not plastic.

This was an easy to replace part on my Kohler toilet. Great fit. Easy install.It loses 1 star for not including the required chain to link up to the flush valve or flapper

My handle was sticking and the toilet was frequently left unattended and the water just running down the drain. I thought it was the flush valve but figured let’s try the handle. We’ll, it was the handle and when I took out the old one I couldn’t believe how still it had become. Pretty surprising but this replacement handle is a direct fit, OEM part that has made my day.
