Ihr sucht eine Ukulele für Anfänger? Diese hier kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Für uns Platz 1. Warum ? Neben dem günstigen Preis ist die Ukulele gut verarbeitet. Liegt gut in der Hand. Hat einen tollen Ukulele Klang. Sie verstimmt sich nicht so schnell. Viel Zubehör im Set. Folgende Ukulelen hatte ich parallel bestellt und getestet. Platz 2. Ortega Earth Okoume braun - sehr schönes Teil. Kaum ein Unterschied zur Aklot. Vom Preis her 20€ teurer. Kaum Zubehör. Platz 3. Baton Rouge V2-Sun - guter Klang. Leider musste ich sie 3 x Nachstimmen innerhalb von 2 Stunden. Das macht auf Dauer wenig Spaß.

Have only had my Ukulele for a few weeks but really like it. The solid top gives a very nice sound rather than the tinny sound from the laminate Ukulele's. Included in the package were a proper strap, clip on tuner, some picks, a second set of quality strings, a cleaning cloth, the soft case, and a intro booklet. I purchased both the concert and tenor versions of this Ukulele and like them both I have changed the g string on the tenor to a low g that I purchased separately.At this point I have only good things to say about Aklot. The Ukulele stays in tune from day to day only requiring small adjustments , the extras that our included would make up half the cost if bought separately. Very good value for a professional instrument.

Un ukelele bien construido, bonito, bastante cómodo de tocar, que afina muy bien y que suena más que decentemente tanto de forma acústica como amplificado.Los accesorios (correa, púas, cuerdas) son un plus, al igual que la incorporación de los pines para colgarlo y el afinador incluido, aunque la funda podría ser un poco más acolchada.Plenamente satisfecho con la compra.

I don't give 5-star reviews often. This ukulele is one o the exceptionsI was recently introduced to the instrument on a Pacific cruise. The one lent me on the ship was a toy soprano. Still, it did the job. I learned a few songs and began to play so they were recognizable. I decided that the experience was worth building rather than tossing aside. The uke teacher was selling selling nice kits, but the price was more than I was willing to pay for a top notch instrument. After careful consideration and many reviews, I chose the Aklot Concert Uke. Ordered one and it came to my door very quickly - two days earlier than projected.Out of the box it was a handsome mahogany finish, with no blems. Construction was solid. Nothing chintzy. The top sides were nicely rounded for comfort. In a few minutes tuning I was ready to play. Out came the music book and away we went.Here's my main thing: I am having fun with this instrument for a very reasonable price. I don't know how I'll ever outgrow it, honestly. The concert size gave me a bit more room on the fingerboard, which was my issue with the soprano I used earlier. The tone is much richer than that toy. Every day I look forward to playing. My abilities have improved with each passing day. Won't be long you'll see me in some subway station! Ok, not really.I well recommend this ukulele. For the kit, it is by my measure a bargain.

3 number c string some times making noise , how to fix it?

Premetto,che suono la chitarra da 30anni. Quindi,mi accorgo se uno strumento è fatto bene ed ha una buona sonorità. Erano anni che volevo togliermi lo sfizio dell'ukulele e così dopo varie ricerche, informazioni prese in rete,video e recensioni,mi ero fatto un'idea abbastanza precisa di cosa cercavo. Tra i tanti,ho scelto questo Aklot. Più che per l'estetica che,ammetto,visto da cellulare non mi ha conquistato immediatamente,lo scelto per la qualità,per la costruzione e per l'attenzione ai dettagli.Arrivato ieri(con un giorno di ritardo,ma non per colpa di Amazon,ma delle nostre amate Poste italiane che sono sempre sinonimo di"puntualità e precisione"..........),mi sono stupito subito; è bellissimo! Il legno è meraviglioso al tatto,il colore è bellissimo e me ne sono subito innamorato. Piccolo,leggero,ma al tatto risulta robusto,la cassa è solida e si percepisce che è costruito con qualità.Una rapida accordatura resa semplicissima dall'accordatore presente e si parte con le primissime note.... Il manico è piccolo e gli spazi ristretti sul Soprano,ma per me che ho dimestichezza con gli strumenti a corde,non fatico a"prendere le misure".... due ore di allenamento e memorizzazione di accordi e nuovo approccio e ieri sera,già suonavo le prime canzoni di ogni tipo.Il suono è piacevole,caldo,armonioso. Non si sentono stonature o vibrazioni o risonanze strane. Il volume non è altissimo,perché OVVIAMENTE stiamo parlando di una cassa armonica molto piccola, però accompagna bene la voce. Insomma.... Sono molto soddisfatto del mio acquisto e del prodotto in sé. Lo consiglio molto sia a chi vuole imparare,perché risulta molto semplice e sia anche a chi suona già ma vuole qualcosa di diverso,ed ha piacere di cimentarsi in un nuovo mondo. Straconsigliato!!

You may be asking yourself, what is a baritenor? A baritenor, in my dictionary, is a tenor ukulele tuned rather like a baritone, that is, in open G6 (DGBE). It turns out that this tuning, with a high D (a baritone ukulele would have a low D, one octave lower), was the original tuning of the first tenor ukuleles. It has the advantage over the conventional C6 tuning (GCEA) that you can get GCEA by putting a capo on the 5th fret and still get a perfectly functional scale length of around 12 inches, close to that of a soprano uke. This way, you can lower the overall pitch of a song by putting the capo on a lower fret, something you cannot do if the uke has C6 tuning, or you can play songs conceived for the guitar, which tend to be in G. Remove all the strings and store the 1st and 4th strings (thinnest) since they won't be used.2. Get the fattest string from the extra strings package (a 3rd), plus a wound low-G string. You can get the latter individually, as part of a low-G string set, or use a classical guitar 4th string (diameter should be 0.027 to 0.030 inches).3. Reinstall the strings in this order: 1st (E), the original 2nd; 2nd (B), fat string from the package; 3rd (G), wound string; 4th (D), the original 3rd.4. Tune to DGBE (with a high D, so it still sounds like "my dog has fleas"). With new strings, it's best to tune them one or two semitones higher than normal and let them stretch overnight.Doing this on the Aklot added a couple extra challenges, though:1. The manufacturer ties the strings in pairs at the bridge, rather than the more common double-knot-on-each-string method. This means that strings must be removed (and installed, if you want to do the same) in pairs: 1+2, and 3+4. I'm not a fan of this, but I installed the new strings also in pairs since this ensures that they won't slip out at the bridge.2. The saddle is compensated, meaning that it has ridges so the scale length is slightly different for each string. I found that, for the conversion to baritenor, it works better if you reinstall the saddle the opposite way from how it came, so 1st and 4th strings have the longest free lengths (see the picture).After that, I can say this uke is a beauty. The solid top gives it a nice sustain, and is thin enough to not reduce the volume. Fretwork is smooth and on spot. Only a little departure from true as I go up the neck, even after putting a capo the 5th fret.The action is a little high at the saddle (normal with saddle-mounted pickups), but it can be sanded down easily. The grooves in the nut were a bit narrow after the conversion, resulting in a high action at the nut, but they can be widened easily with a blade and some care. Both saddle and nut are made of bone. As advertised, the tuners are very good.I also tested the electronics. After installing the batteries that came with the uke, you can plug it into an amp, and it has a nice acoustic sound, quite faithful to what the naked ear hears.Need I say that the color is nicer in reality than in the pictures? It's a deep orange with a matte finish and a wooden sheen. Easy in the eyes and in the hands. It makes it look smaller than it is, with good results.I have 30 other ukuleles, all with different bodies and tunings, and this is now my favorite. It's going to travel with me this summer (fits in the luggage) and accompany a lot of songs.

Long time (45 years) drummer /singer/guitarist, first Ukulele purchase.I looked hard at affordable offerings and went with this one in tenor size.It's a beautiful matte finish Mahogany Uke and some flame on the neck is nice, fret wire is ever so slightly sprouting so I have to take care of that.Sound is bright and warm, as you would expect.Action is a bit high but playable all the way up. I'm no expert at all. But own 10 guitars.Electronics are kind of a let down for me. Tuner is close, but not precise. Pick up went to my 15 watt/12" tube amp and was nearly useless, I'll try with a PA and another amp, but not expecting much from it. It was distorted at half volume on the uke. Tuners seem fine, nut and bridge are okay. Either you like it or live with the settings. The instrument is very nice to look at and at the price point a great bargain, gig bag is serviceable and the extras are nice. I bought this to learn and then teach kids so I would like to be able to recommend to parents as a good choice, so far I think it's a solid option. I will update in the future when I have had a fews weeks to play.Update... Oiled fretboard and sanded the frets, much better. The pick ups are okay at best. Went into a good PA and my Vox amp too. Tinny sounding and buzzy. Acoustically it's very very nice, so micing is the way to go. I would say that it's a solid buy at it's price point.
