So glad we put these on our storm drains!People kept dumping gas, paint, construction waste, cigarettes, dog poop, etc., down them.Storm drains are ONLY for rain water -- to prevent flooding!!! The drains are underground pipes that empty DIRECTLY into lakes, rivers, streams, the ocean and waterways.
