How to use it?
The method of jointing the ends of the belt:
Step 1: To be heated with an alcohol lamp until it is hot enough to melt the end of the belting.
Step 2: Join the ends together until they cool.
Step 3: Trim off the extra material around the joint until the joint is the same diameter as the belt.
Application:
It is widely used in the transportation of packaging machines, printing machines, textile machines, transmission wheels, ceramic tiles, cement tiles, floor tiles, wooden products, food cans, newspaper prints, etc.

I used this to replace the two belts on my gemstone faceting machine. It was easy to melt the ends together and I've had no issues at all with regular use for several months.

I had to experiment with different pulley sizes to get the speed I wanted on powering my leather sewing machine. This belt material is a God send for this application as you can re-use the belt and re-configure the sizes.It was my first time working with this stuff and I am impressed!
