You’d think a simple wind-up toy wouldn’t be that entertaining in the age of iPads and video games, but these little chicks proved me wrong. I tossed them into my niece’s Easter basket, and suddenly, they were the highlight of the whole holiday. Watching these fluffy little guys hop, waddle, and sometimes fall over had the kids cracking up non-stop.The colors are bright and fun, and the soft plush makes them extra cute. The winding mechanism is easy enough for little hands to use without getting frustrated, and they don’t just do a tiny jump—they actually move around! It’s hilarious seeing a group of kids setting them up in races, cheering on their favorite chick like it’s the Olympics.Durability-wise, they hold up. No broken pieces, no loose parts, and they’ve survived plenty of accidental drops. Plus, they don’t require batteries, which means they’ll keep going as long as kids have the energy to wind them up (which, let’s be real, is forever). If you need a small, fun, screen-free toy that brings big smiles, this is it. These little chicks might just steal the show at your next holiday get-together.

Got them for my daughter. As soon as she opened the box, she started lining them up, counting them, and enthusiastically winding each one so they’d scuttle across the floor and bump into each other. The little crashes and wobbly steps make her giggle every time, and I have to admit, it’s adorable watching her chase after them to set them walking again.

My child seems likes them. She keeps asking me to help her create little “races” where each toy competes to see which can go the farthest without toppling over. Sometimes we’ll even place them on our coffee table and laugh as they bump around the edges (luckily, they’re light and won’t knock anything over). These toys would be perfect to toss into an Easter basket or as small surprises for any festive occasion, really.

My daughter loves playing with this set of nine wind up toys. She loves counting them, putting them to walk, and is enjoyiny when they collide. She remarked there are two roosters as well.
