Received box and when hooked up and the code did not come up to get system to work. Sent back, they did refund my except for $41. They charged me a restocking fee for something that didn’t work! If you order from them and something doesn’t work. Except to be charged a restocking fee! Other than that, refund was no problem!

It came with 2 black controllers instead of 1 black and 1 whiteIt's still functional it's just not what I was expecting

He loves it so much. It’s nice and sleek looking. I did think it was going to come with 2 controllers, but it only came with one. So idk why they post pictures with two controllers, very misleading.

I bought this as an early Christmas present for my husband he loves it we did have to buy a new TV though for all the newer features to work
