I likely hit the lottery with this one. The neck I received arrived with perfectly level frets, no fret sprout, and a LOT of flame, particularly on both sides of the headstock. The fretboard was very dry and pale when it arrived, but a little lemon oil brought out a beautiful rosewood looking and feeling fretboard, it may be laurel but it definitely looks and feels the part of the claimed rosewood. The binding and inlays on this neck are also flawlessly installed. The only “complaint” I could have is the nut is definitely cheap plastic and will be replaced before I install on the V I’m building.

I needed a replacement neck for an old bolt-on V I have. This is an excellent drop in neck. The wood is raw. No clear coat at all. The wood is VERY thirsty, so, get out the lemon oil for the fretboard AND the rest of the neck. The wood will thank you for it.

ギターキットに、よくある、色の薄くて、柔らかい物でしたが、ちゃんと一本のマホガニーでした。(フィリピンマホガニーとかいう奴でしょうか？よく解り分かりませんが。)出来は、値段相応の物です。(この値段で、期待するのは、流石に、無理でしょう。)ボディーに、接続する箇所等の精度が、良くないので、キッチリした物を望む場合は、お勧めしません。ネック自体も、薄め。しかし、25.5インチのフェンダースケールを、24.75インチギブソンスケールに換えて欲しい、指板の、素材を変えたい等の、質問にも、答えてくれ、英語を、翻訳しなければでしたが、下手な、オーダーネック頼むより、ちゃんと答えてくれるのでは？と感心しました。(出来る事と、出来ない事は、勿論ありましたが。)中国か、韓国のメーカーか、正直、私、知らないのですが、出来が、まだイマイチでも、こちらが、ちゃんと聞けば、ちゃんと返答してくれるいいメーカーという認識を持ちました。

Very good for the price. Useable but not perfect. The first one i received had the holes for the tuners drilled uneven. They were not symmetrical on each side. I returned it for a replacement, no problems there. The second one came in with the holes for the tuners much better. They aren’t perfect but will work for my personal build. The holes for the tuners vary from 92 mm to 95 mm. I can fix this. The nut is cheap plastic that isn’t straight. I can replace it. The frets seem to be seated well with some filing needing done on the edges as expected. The binding all looks good. Fret spacing seems to measure correctly. For the price i think it is very good. If you want a perfect flying v neck, buy it from Gibson. For DIY, this one is very good
