Line set is garbage. Copper extremely thin. Connections, especially the 1/4" line will fail repeatedly.. You will need a brand name line set. Be prepared to pay more for an extra durable line set from another vendor.

I installed this unit in my 32ft RV and works great. I was surprised of how quiet it is which is perfect for me. The copper line were not long enough for my needs so I purchased a 16ft kit and works great. When I first turned on the heat option it wasn't working, so I assumed that maybe it was a bad malfunction or bad unit but then after 5-10 minutes the fan started blowing hot air! I'm happy with this purchase.

CANNOT GET MISSING PARTS! The company will only replace the entire unit (inside and outside) for the one missing grill and screws. The part was never installed. Now I'm concerned about ever needing parts and what to do. Be cautious when ordering this unit. It runs great and is quiet.
