…the included split-ring bushings required creativity to adapt to my 10 inch Wen drill press. The vertical clearance required might work fine on a 12 or 15 inch drill press, just not on my 10 inch press.Otherwise seems well designed and made. Limited instructions included were a challenge for a first time user.

Unfortunately the collars that are supplied do not fit my pillar drill so I am manufacturing a shim, but apart from that snag it’s a good bit of kit..

If you’re project requires square holes, this will be your best friend. Very easy to install, very easy to use. I’ve only used it once but I’m tickled with my purchase. And it comes in a very nice storage box. I would definitely buy again.👍

Overall, it was what I expected. However I am disappointed that the drill head bushings are plastic. I don't foresee a long service life for this tool.

So first off this is partly my fault for not measuring correctly. The Quill on my Drill press is 3" not the correct size, I thought I was measuring incorrectly. The manufactures worked with me and got a custom piece made at no extra charge.The parts all seem a higher end and higher quality then most I have seen. Now to play

I was pleasantly surprised with the fit of the Mortising Attachment on my drill press. Instructions and diagrams could be a better for how to install the various pieces. I do not understand why non-English manufacturers do not hire English technical writers to outline installation process and avoid the typos, poor grammar and hard to follow instructions. I found that reversing the bolt that holds the clamp, face and plywood to the drill press table so that the wing nut is on underneath of the table ensures that it does not interfere with the bolts tightening down the hook clamps helped. Curious to see if I can buy replacement drill bits and chisels that fit into this attachment.
