I was looking for something more rigid. I'll try using these, but I want to use the to put signs in the ground. These may be to flimsy.

Used for model building. Work for scale hand rails and the like. The batch I got aren't perfectly cylindrical, but OK for my purposes. The end view section is slightly oval and there is a slight extrusion line running the length of the rods.

The rods are 15/128, not 1/8. While 15/128 may seem insignificant my project is affected by the tolerance.

I purchased these with the intent to use them as dots for my guitar neck that I was building. Turns out they are not round but oval in shape.

I used these acrylic dowels to make black 'Polka Dots" on a project - they did great!!

These are much too fragile to a dowel rod. They bent easily. I'm sure they would have broke right away had I used them for what I planned. I don't recommend.
