NOT sting-proof. the first time I wore this I got 6 bee stings right through the suit. I do not recommend.

The body part of this suit is excellent. The hat not so much, the “neck” part is too tall making it hard to keep the hat in place.

Great at keeping cool. Light weight and covers well. Coolest suit I have tried so far. Bought one for my wife too. They aren’t sting proof. Still got nailed but bee had to be at perfect angle to sting through material. Rest of time no problem with bees. Hood keeps fitting against my face. I have to wear a baseball hat to keep mesh away from my face. This is full suit and I’m still more comfortable wearing it than a bee jacket.

Very good product would advise anyone to buy if you keep bees. I'll only get these now. so much cooler on hot sunny day or when moving hives or super it's just what you need.

Love this suit! It’s lightweight, well ventilated, zippers at ankles so no need to remove shoes. Easy to clean, and so far not a single sting. My only wish would be a wider hat brim as sometimes the veil is to close to My face.

Nice and light beekeeping suit, when the wind blows it cools you down. The pockets are great for keeping your tools handy. Vail is easy to see what you are doing

Suit is smaller than listed. I am 5 ft. 9 in. of average build and have always worn a large beekeeper suit which are a loose fit on me. The large that I purchased is the same size of medium suits that I have for beekeeping classes. If you buy this suit I recommend buying a size larger that what you normally use. Also, be aware that the veil is a very light weight screen and can bend a come in contact with your face. Material and zippers looked ok, but did not try it working with bees. I returned the suit for a refund.

I am just getting started with beekeeping in Southern California and was concerned a beekeeper suit would be too hot and uncomfortable. This beekeeper suit was recommended by a friend and it worked great. Kept the bees out while keeping me nice and cool. The fabric is super light, but feels high quality. Can't wait for my first honey harvest.
