Really easy to assemble, decent flame, minimal heat output but looks nice. I picked this one for the drink holders even after reading reviews that mentioned they were missing thinking the issue would have been addressed or I will get lucky. It wasn’t and I didn’t but hopefully the seller will remedy this. The only other issue was a really long delay in the shipping which meant it did not arrive prior to a holiday gathering we hoped to have it in place for, not sure if this was an Amazon strike issue or something else, but what do ya do

I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife and I assembled it on the 26th. When I tried to light it, there was insufficient gas pressure at the burner to light. I’m familiar with gas regulators and I know that introducing gas pressure too quickly can restrict the flow of gas, so I closed the tank valve and opened the valve on the burner for several minutes to let pressure equalize. No luck. I gave it several tries with no results, and tested the gas pressure with a digital manometer. Three readings over a several hour period gave reading of a little over a half of a psi. This is insufficient flow for a one psi regulator, but it should give a low guttering flame. (The photo is of the manometer reading. I figure you all know what a fire pit looks like.) I wasn’t even getting that. I could barely smell propane at the burner with it on. This made me wonder if I had a bad valve as well, and I e-mailed the customer service address shown in the instructions. I reasoned that we know the regulator is bad, so they could just send me another.It turns out that this company doesn’t seem to exist. I emailed the address in the instructions the afternoon of the 27th and haven’t heard back yet.I called the number shown twice and was disconnected while on hold both times, once after a little over an hour. I then tried three times more, where I utilized the feature where I could have them call me back in the order my call was received. The first call was Monday the 30th of December, and I haven’t heard back as of January 3.I have to give this product one star. Not because it didn’t work. Stuff happens. Rather the one star is for a he company setting up some kind of Potemkin village customer service department. They’ve set up all the elements of a great customer service department.. except the staff.Now, the only solution is to disassemble it, put it back into the original packaging and send it back. I think I’ll get the refund on this one. Large online purchases that you have to assemble leave you too dependent on somebody bothering to pick up a phone when things don’t work out.

Loved everything about this fire pit. The gas tank is a little snug but fits perfectly. The classy look, cup holders, and the amount of heat it puts off are top notch! Very happy with this purchase!
