The computer arrived without any defect, looks new. 0 signs of use. I was surprised that it came with a keyboard even though I saw comments that said it came without a keyboard. In addition, I paid for a 256 GB memory and received the computer with 512 GB. thanks.

Great tablet style laptop. Large screen. So light and easy to carry and use. Only issues are that the battery life is not great, the charger is large, and the on-screen keyboard doesn't always pop up. Overall is a great travel computer and sit on the couch computer. If you use it full time, definitely get a keyboard.

If you're looking for a tablet that can occasionally double for a laptop, this is a good option. I picked this because of the price and 10th gen i7. Though I wished there would have been a Ryzen option( more power for less power consumption as well as better iGPU), the i7 runs fine. I immediately upgraded to a 1TB SSD, not too bad at all. I also got on of Dell's active pens and it works OK, but there are some quirks that I am working through (not a fault of this device) Currently upgraded to Win11 Pro, but have also run CachyOS with KDE's Plasma desktop and that runs fine as well, just wasn't happy with the onscreen keyboard.

The 2 in 1 laptop I received had no WiFi or Bluetooth. I contacted Amazon support who gave me instructions to download the drivers. This failed. I contacted Dell support who wanted to charge me a fee for helping fix the computer. A tablet without WiFi or Bluetooth is not very useful. The laptop did not come with the detachable keyboard (the listing states it is included). Where was quality control on this refurbished product? I would not order from this seller again.

Me parece una buena laptop tablet 2 en 1, me ha gustado bastante, pero lo unico que no me agrada es que usa un cargador específico, entonces no puede usarse tal cual como una tablet, ya que no puede cargarse con cualquier cargador y hay que conectarla siempre con el que trae, el cual por cierto es demasiado grande y tiene una luz que nunca se apaga, y esto hace que no sea nada práctico a la hora de querer ahorrar espacio en tu maleta. Definitivamente no es una tablet portátil, es una laptop muy ligera eso si, pero si buscas algo cuya pila le dure horas y puedas cargar con un powerbank durante un viaje, esta no es la opción.

Purchased 9/2023 - Received a like new unit; no blemishes, scratches or indications of wear, etc. Shipped timely.Tablet runs flawlessly, is super fast, beautiful screen and touch characteristics, battery lasts more than seven hours.Purchased the OEM Dell back-lit keyboard (renewed) for $24 from Amazon too. It too was like-new and likely never used. This keyboard is the best keyboard I've ever typed on.Everything exceeded my expectations.Your mileage may vary.
