This unit has had nothing but problem and keeps leaking freon. I contacted them for a new pipe because the one they sent leaks but they did not have replacements. I would recommend a different model.

A good decision, it was worth the purchase, the splits work excellent and the quality is excellent. They are not noisy.

Installed myself. Had to buy an AC guage and vacuum pump then learn how to use it. Wasn't too hard. I mounted the outside unit on the second story wall using a mounting kit. Had to frame a stud from the inside to carry the weight. Great value. Dehumidifier works great. Quiet operation. Haven't tried the heat function yet.

I was running 4 window units in my trailer and I've not had quiet since it got warm out because they're so loud.My boyfriend and I installed this yesterday by ourselves. Install is not as easy as people have made it out to be but it's honestly not terrible. It's just mostly prep and wiring. I went completely overboard and ordered the 36000 btu for a 1000 sq ft home because I'm tired of my home getting hot by mid day even with the 4 units running. It was 98 degrees at 8pm last night and this cooled my home down to 70 degrees in less than 30 minutes with only the 24000 btu unit installed so far. It got so cold in here last night that I actually had to shut it off and I'm ecstatic! I slept in my room at the other end and didn't need to turn on the window unit in my room or even the fan.The outside unit is barely audible. From 10 ft away you can't even tell it's running. The head unit that we installed is large and bulky BUT it works great, runs no louder than a fan, and cools my home extremely fast so I'm not even mad at it.This is by far the best purchase I've made in a long time and I cannot imagine it would use as much power as 4 units on 110 so I'm sure I'll be saving money on the power bill too.*Update* 11/15/24Since installing the unit in the living room in July, we've still yet to install the smaller unit. My power bill has been cut almost 40% just running the single head and my house stays comfortable.I've used the heater function for the last couple weeks and though it does consume more power on heat, it works great to keep the house warm. Word of caution: Once turned onto the heat function, it takes about 5 minutes to actually produce heat. Also, it will shut off on its own and restart as needed to maintain the set temperature. If you turn it off, it has to go through the startup cycle again which I've found consumes a lot of power. I am STILL extremely happy and of the opinion that this is one of the best purchases I've ever made.

Super easy to set up and keeps my shop temperature regulated! Love the air flow and circulation. One remote controls both units if you want to just have one remote!! Arrived broken due to the carrier and got sent a replacement right away!

Easy to install if you are handy. You will need a vacuum pump and gauges to get it set up, and preferably a nitrogen tank or pressure source to leak test (450 PSI I used argon that I had from welding) before allowing freon into system. You don't want to find a leak with freon in the lines as it is so expensive and $$$ freon will be gone. Pressure test first to find/ fix any leaks, then vacuum out, then enable freon that's already in main unit. I added 25 ft of line to one of the units so had to add ~ 1/2 lb of freon. The larger lines are extremely thin copper, so be very careful bending it. I managed to kink one, when I straightened it got a pin prick hole that leaked, so needed two unions to fix it. This is the same unit or almost identical to the Pioneer ones. They look identical, same remote, app etc. but Della is cheaper. This thing works great, super quiet both inside and out, below 30 deg F outside and these two heads are blowing out 125 - 130 Deg F inside. Very pleased! and Black Friday 36K dual was $2200 ! Highly recommend!PS One review says you cannot buy additional inside heads for this (outside unit can run up to 4 heads). No problem, just order additional inside heads from Pioneer ~$350 and up depending on size.

I bought this off of Amazon very easy to install works great and very quiet. I would recommend this to anybody that’s looking for a mini split.
