I purchased this unit dec 19 just installed it 24,000 btu is a beast put out maximum heat ! Haven’t tried a/c ! Very satisfied so far

I recently decided to finish a small space above my garage and needed a compact heating/air conditioning solution. I didn’t want to install a full-sized unit, so after some research, I opted for this 9,000 BTU mini split system. It turned out to be the perfect choice!Packaging and Delivery:One of my initial concerns was the potential for shipping damage, but I was impressed with how well the unit was packaged. It arrived in two separate boxes with ample protective materials, ensuring even the delicate evaporator fins were in perfect condition. It’s rare for me to comment on packaging, but this was exceptional.Performance and Features:Ideal Size for Small Spaces: The 9,000 BTU unit is rated for up to 450 square feet and works perfectly in my space. The outdoor unit has a small footprint, and the wall-mounted indoor unit is sleek and minimalistic.Dual Functionality (Cooling & Heating): This system doubles as a heat pump, offering both cool and warm air—perfect for year-round use.Quiet Operation: While I don’t have a decibel meter, I can confirm the system is very quiet, as advertised.Convenient Remote Control: The remote is intuitive and allows you to adjust all settings with ease.Additional Features:Sleep Mode: Includes a timer and the ability to turn off the screen for a dark, distraction-free environment.Durable Outdoor Unit: The outdoor unit is coated with a protective layer over the galvanized metal, making it resistant to the elements.Leak Protection: Built-in safety features shut down the unit if a refrigerant leak is detected.Installation:This unit is DIY-friendly and comes preloaded with R32 refrigerant. Any handy person should be able to install it in a few hours. My only suggestion for improvement would be to include longer connection piping and power lines. However, those are easily obtainable at an HVAC store if needed.If you’re looking for an efficient and easy-to-install cooling and heating solution for a small space, this mini split system is a fantastic option. It’s well-made, includes all necessary components, and offers excellent performance. Highly recommended!
