Disappointed. Using for a Warmoth bass build with a side jack hole--so only need three knob volume/EQ controls. This plate is an authentic 3-hole plate, but the holes are NOT equally spaced (likely as intended by Fender) so the controls look wonky. Would have avoided buying this if a diagram or dimensions were provided in the listing. I gave it an extra star for being a hefty, quality chunk of metal.

I was worried that it would not fit or would not look right, but I could not be more pleased. I've never liked the sound of a bridge pickup on a jazz bass, so I had it wired with just the neck pickup and tone. The quality is better than I thought it would be. Shipping was faster than they quoted. I would definitely recommend this item.
